The location is great! We loved the pool and the beach nearby. The townhouse is super cute and newly remodeled. It has just about every beach thing that you could need. Heads up, the check out list is extensive. Just allow adequate time.

Townhouse close to the beach

The townhouse is very clean and the location is great. The beach is a very easy walk across the street. The owner provides beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon for the beach. There's also a great restaurant very close by.

Beautiful and clean home

We enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful, well stocked, and a very quick walk to the beach.The location is perfect. Only a couple of complaints though. There is only 1 tv. We couldnt control the ac because the thermostat is locked. And the parking wasnt great at the townhouse. Neither the personal truck or my work truck would fit in the garage. We had to move vehicles around every morning for me to be able to go to work.

Very Impressed, Location and In-House Extras!

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the incredible location of this home. The proximity to the beach was simply amazing, making it an ideal spot for our beach-focused getaway. The house was clean, and the attention to detail by the hosts was truly impressive. The in-house extras provided by the owners went above and beyond our expectations. We were delighted to find hand soap at every sink, a vacuum cleaner, and even a wagon - little touches that made our stay so much more comfortable. As a tea drinker, I was thrilled to discover the electric kettle, which was a welcome alternative to the typical coffee maker. Often, I find myself needing to bring my own supplies, from oven mitts to other household items, when staying at vacation rentals. But in this case, the hosts had thought of absolutely everything, and we didn't need to worry about a thing. This level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail from the house hosts made our stay truly exceptional.

Well worth the longer drive

We normally hit the beach a few hours to the North but decided to try some place new this year. This was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy a beach getaway. There was plenty of space, the townhouse was clean and well equipped, and it's only a short walk to a beautiful and quiet stretch of beach! The owners were responsive. We loved it

New, very organized

Very newly renovated. Communication with owner was instant and every question answered almost immediately. Everything was very organized. They have a lot of extras to use at the beach such as towels, wagon and we added a small pool to their stash for guests. A great stay and a much needed vacation.

Perfect

There isn’t much I can add to the previous reviews. The house, location, amenities and beach were exactly what we expected and hoping for. From the short walk to the beach, the sand toys for the kids, the beach cart for the adults, there was very little else we needed. The house worked out perfectly and was probably the best VRBO that we’ve had.

Short Vaca Getaway

Went for a short vacation to celebrate a 70th birthday of a family member. Place was easy to find and was very nice. We enjoyed our stay there being with family. With that being said I do have two setbacks one being that the upstairs in the afternoon and evening times is unpleasantly warm. The other is not with the home itself but within the property. It is not kid friendly for the pool area. To try and keep kids from enjoying themselves and not being loud is almost impossible at age 7 and 10. We had someone to come out and complain to us that they were too loud for their liking. Other than those two issues the stay was very nice and pleasant.

Great location

Overall we had a great time and the place was clean and organized. The only issue we saw was that the upstairs would get really hot during the day and would take long to cool down in the night. Great location across the street from the beach and close to restaurants.

Vacation Stay

Loved the townhouse! Cleanliness deserved more than 5 stars. Rooms were spacious and had a homey feel, like being on vacation at your own place. Our hosts Clayton and Erin were super nice and very friendly. Sorry we didn't get to meet Erin this time. This waa my first trip to Fernandina and i will def be going back!!!!!

The property was super clean, organized, and it was an easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of amenities for our short stay, and the communication with the owner was great. We'd definitely stay again!

Absolutely fantastic townhouse close to the beach!

This is such a great hidden gem on Amelia Island. It is super close to the beach, a short drive to the main thoroughfare in Fernandina Beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. The house had all the amenities you could possibly need (wagon, beach chairs, sand toys) for a great beach day and was a relaxing place to return to each evening. My dad is already talking about making this our annual place to stay for our family beach vacations. 10/10 fantastic experience.

Spring Break Trip

Wonderful accommodations! Plenty of space for our party of 5! Easy access to beach and even a wagon to borrow to tow all the beach toys. Close access to a walking/running path, which was a bonus! Nicely remodeled space with updated kitchen and bathrooms.

Perfection

An amazing property. Spotless, newly renovated, and on the back side of the complex from A1A so it was completely silent. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go on the island. Loved the multi level set up for our needs. Would absolutely rent it again!

The perfect coastal getaway

This cozy property was everything my wife wanted and more. The place is in a great location- walking distance to the beach and walking distance to a few restaurants. The hosts checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was going well & to see if we ever needed anything. The home is fully equipped, decorated nicely, and super clean! The weekend we spent there was perfect and we enjoyed everything about it. Can’t wait to go back!
