Must be min 25 yrs old. This one bedroom home is the perfect space to relax, work or just enjoy some peace! There is lots of open space, plush comfy bed, shared courtyard and excellent location. Enjoy this awesome triplex or take a quick walk and you will be at the shops, restaurants and bars of the trendy San Marco neighborhood in Jacksonville.

This is a triplex and this unit is the 2nd floor of the back building. Entry is in the back alleyway behind main cedar st. The unit is labeled 921. You will enter and go up stairs to home.

I had a great time during my stay. Area is safe, quiet, and walkable to nearby shops. I was in the area for a month to work at UF. It was an easy commute and I enjoyed the San Marco area. Bed was comfortable and the unit had everything I needed. 10/10!
