Must be min 25 yrs old. You will fall in love with this cozy stylish one level home in San Marco. There is plenty of seating, space and fun shared outdoor areas including 2 private patios at this awesome triplex. The beds are plush comfy beds with nice linens and sound machines will ensure you sleep well. Enjoy the home and walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and bars in the trendy fun San Marco neighborhood.
The space
This is a triplex with a duplex in the front building. You enter the space at the 1st floor on the right side of the building. This entire unit is on one floor. There is a private balcony/patio in the front and also in the back. Then the courtyard in the back is shared between the entire triplex.

You may access this unit specifically in the first building, right side and all private patios associated with this unit as well as the shared court yard in the back.
