「i couldn't stay this hotel even i paid 100%. here is the details. i booked here for 2 nights. when i checked in they asked me deposit. i asked is it possible to return even i need leave early before 7 am. because their opening hour is after 7. then told me "I'll think about it" next day i asked them again. then just told me " i don't know" so i asked them again and they told me "we can refund deposit if you leave now" it's incredible because i already paid 100% but they asked me to leave....

「飛行場からも近く、飛行場へのシャトルバスも出ています。静かで、スタッフの対応もわかりやすくて丁寧でした。ただ、シャワーのお湯の温度が低くて、少し寒かったです。」

「電車の駅も近くダウンタウンへのアクセスも良いです。また早朝便にも対応した無料空港シャトルもあるので快適でした。ホテル周辺にはレストランやコンビニなど何もないので、注意してください。」

「ホテルの隣のガソリンスタンドにセブンイレブンがあり、車がなくてもそれほど困ることはないです。ただ電車の駅から歩いたのですが、結構大変でしたので、空港からのシャトルを利用するのがいいと思います。 部屋は広く、清潔で快適でした。エアコンも効きがよく、快適に過ごせました。」

「No fridge and no microwave in the particular room I stayed in, which was a surprise but otherwise excellent and i enjoyed the stay. Thank you! 」

「Near to DIA is fine. There is only one restaurant near to the hotel, but this dinnar is really good! A bit old hotel but puctual.」

「If you need to take a flight very early in the morning, I recommend to stay here. Another good thing is that you can find a good beer pub within walking distance. If you want to have more choices for food, you should stay at any other locations.」

「My room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was big enough. 」

「Quite and comfort but only Uber or taxi to the hotel except free suttle. i will stay this hotel for the next Denver visit.」

「ホテルの受付は非常に親切でバスの案内や 荷物の預かりをきっちりとしてくれました。 部屋も非常に広く 特にベッド快適で腰の悪い私にも快適に眠りを提供してくれました。 朝食はついていましたが 毎日同じ食事で 味も飽きてしまいました。 コーヒーのサービスがソフトドリンクのサービスは とても良いと思います。 」

「The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located with the FreeMallRide Bus (from the union station to the end of the Mall) stopping right next door, and the 16th Street Mall can be reached without crossing the street. Compared to the hotel's rating, the hotel has a lot of space, including a sofa in the lobby and a library in the basement. It is an environment where you can work or have a small meeting outside of your own room. A restaurant/bar accessible...

「部屋は広く、清潔でした。スタッフの皆さんもフレンドリー。朝食もバラエティーがあり、コーヒーがいつでも無料で飲み放題なのも良かったです。」

「良い点は部屋はとても清潔で居心地が良いです。ロケーションもとても便利です。 スタッフも親切でチェックインはスムーズでした。20階にあるフィットネスセンターも充実してしています。 悪い点は、外の車と室内冷蔵庫の音が気になりました。夜静かに過ごしたい人にはおすすめ出来ません」
