"This was the biggest joke of a hotel I’ve ever seen! Not only did the valet driver asked us how the pot was where we came from is , neither the heated pool nor the jacuzzi they offered were in working order. There was NO ICE or any vending machines on any floors. Room service wasn’t available except Thursday through Saturday. Sheets and pillow cases on the beds were dirty , there were hand prints from previous guests on the headboard. The entire hotel reeked of pot. Our scenic view was a parking lot, back of buildings and a full dumpster. Such a disappointing experience especially with the name of HILTON .Within 2 hrs I was on the phone with my booking agent to get a refund and we were also on another phone making reservations else where. Not a safe place at all . I would not recommend this hotel at all for ANY reason."
