"Perfectly fine accommodations, clean, great host. I was just surprised it was in a sketchy townhouse complex for the money I was spending."

"I was taking a shower in the morning when, in the middle of my shower, the water was suddenly turned off. My wife called the front desk, and she was informed that there was a water leak being repaired and that the water would not be restored until around 5:00PM. As a result, I had to leave the restroom without completing my shower and was unable to go anywhere for the day. One full day of my vacation was spent staying in the room due to this inconvenience. My family and I were very unhappy with this experience. I paid $200 per day for the room, but I was unable to use the basic facilities and services that I paid for."

"Very clean! The outside could use a clean up but the inside was very clean. Very comfy, well supplied and great location! We went for my son’s graduation from NCState and the location was wonderful. The only negative thing about the house is the two spare bedrooms had very hard mattresses. Even for a teenager. We had to purchase a foam topper from Walmart for my daughter who is 16 to be able to sleep comfortably. Most of the time, teens can sleep anywhere and be fine, but not in these beds. The master bedroom had a wonderful mattress but the other bedrooms have very hard, thin mattresses. Other than that, the house was wonderful! I would highly recommend! Just pack a foam mattress topper for the two twin beds and the queen!"
