"Unfortunately reception was worst. I asked laundry service 2 days before my checkout. Even though I confirmed whether I can receive laundry before my checkout or not and they replied “Yes”, I couldn’t get laundry when checked out.
Reception said laundry can be provided 1 hour later but I left hotel because of another meeting.
I asked reception that I came back 3 pm and give me laundry.
When I came back to hotel, laundry still "
