「First I got a room which was terrible, broken hair dryer, room phone and TV remote control. They don't open dinner, told me to go the restaurant walking more than 20min.」

「good hotel!!」

「Everything here was truly wonderful in every way. The front desk staff were all very kind. One female staff member kindly explained everything to me when I was anxious on my first solo trip. Every time I came back to the hotel, I felt a sense of comfort and reassurance. I would love to stay here again when I come to Sydney.」

「Yes」

「Really enjoyed the comfort of the stay. Good size room and excellent sized bathroom and shower too. Will definitely come back again.」
