"Villa Eleanora is in quite a lovely location convenient to many sites in Umbria. The facilities were very well taken care of and clean. The outdoor terrace and pool areas were really lovely. The inside could use a little updating especially the kitchen area. Also more lighting would help. All in all quite a nice experience. "

"Unfortunately we had a series of issues with this property, starting from the check in process. I was given the wifi password info by the agency that represents the house. We got in late at night due to a family emergency (the local manager knew). We got to the property and we could not connect to the wifi and none of us had any connection. We had to go close to town to connect. I tried calling the manager but she didn’t respond. We had to sit in the car till 3:30 AM so our daughter could finish...

"Beautiful resort. Attentive Staff. Picturesque setting. Good Food. Overall - a great experience. The reason for 3 stars is they charged one couple in our group 80eu PER NIGHT for a pack and play (folding crib) for their infant. Most hotels provide this for free or 5-10Eu. For that price, they could provide a brand new one each night and let them take it home. That's our only complaint, otherwise it was a nice place to stay. "

It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected.
