The location was great, nearby grand bazaar and transportation. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was not so good. There was not much variation. Everyday same things.

Place is fine, they put me in a smoking room initially which was horrible, the elevators are very small and had problems, so there seemed to always be a delay when waiting for the lift. The staff are friendly but the initial mistake in putting me in a smoking room marred my stay

Very nice stay

Rooms are nice and a good breakfast. Parking is a bit difficult as there are a limited number of spaces (maybe 8) in front of the hotel but they will guide you to another site. Very nice reception and I highly recommend the scrub in the spa!

The location is a little sketchy. The hotel is a diamond in the rough. Nicer place, just not the best location… it is close to the highway and the metro station making it easy to get to and from. The spa has the most amazing staff. They would be the reason I returned to this hotel.

Beware of the hotel manager

Very nice staff except the manager of the hotel. I’ve never seen any hotel manager that rude and unprofessional. I’m very sorry for the nice staff who has to work with him.

Staff & property were relatively nice. Breakfast was really good and opens fairly early compared to what they advertise. Room was decently sized/ beds super comfy but room wasn't super clean and there was an opened bottle of water in the mini fridge from previous guest(s). Staff was more than happy to replace it and apologized. My only real complaints were that the hotel's spa services were disappointing as the masseuse was not there at the time the property said the spa opened. We waited 30 minutes and they still hadn't arrived so we decided against using the spa.

Awful stay at Mitte port

That was the most terrible experience. The hotel is very noisy, a/c switching off every hour and need manual reset, unpleasant smell of mold in the room, too small lifts not enabling moving with suitcases, breakfast was very poor and limited, very unfriendly staff, and awful same background music all the time. We stayed 2 families and another family had the same problems. So it was not the one room but the whole hotel issue. So we had to move to another hotel after one night stay and the hotel have not returned our money for the rest 2 nights we paid.

Dikkat internetde arattiginizda baska bir best western otelinin resimleri cikiyor karsiniza bu o otel degil! Odalar düzgün temizlenmemisti yatagin altindan ped paketi cikti. Kahvaltida sürekli haslanmis yumurta ve taze olmayan boyoz vardi. Icecek olarakda kahve ve cay harici sadece su ve limonata vardi. Yani dört yildizli bir otel icin cok cok zayif. Araba ile gidiyorsaniz park etmekde sıkıntılı.
