Right next to the beach. It was great.friendly staff too. There are dogs close by, all are very nice just good to know.

The hotel was conveniently located by the train station and a new grocery store/Daiso. We walked to Aeon mall where we participated in an evacuation drill! We always love visiting Iwaki and this hotel is centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation. A variety of restaurants and izakaya within walking distance. I have stayed at the other location in Izumi and was pleased with that hotel as well. Breakfast buffet is really good. Lots of traveling business people use these...

the place is great,its our thirt time we tried all the hotels its all good but we think monolith tower is the best❤️ the price is expensive especially if you go on summer or holidays especially obon yasumi the price is double.,but all in all we highly recommend hotel hawaiians resort😍great experience to our family

Its worth the stay for a quiet and relaxed time

Location was good for me. The hotel was close to the convention centre. The room was clean and furniture was elegant.

The staff was so accommodating especially when I dont speak Japanese. I arrived early but was able to check in 3 hours early; with a nominal fee. Also, They were able to check my brother in laws reservations. Informed them that His flight was canceled and should be arriving on Friday. Front desk informed me he is checked in another location and will inform them. I was grateful for all their help.

館内とても清潔でスタッフの方々も感じ良く、また静かで居心地良く滞在することができました。 特に大浴場とサウナ、更衣室の清掃が行き届いていて気持ち良く利用させて頂きました。 ルーム清掃は2日に1回です。 朝食は毎日少しずつメニューが変わり、炊き立ての美味しいお米や新鮮なサラダ、サーモンやチキン、温泉卵や納豆などのタンパク質、数種類のパンや牛乳とコーヒー等、毎朝がとても楽しみでした。 今回はアメリカから地元に一時帰国のため、約1週間利用させていただきましたが、次回もぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。フロントの方々、ルーム清掃の方々、美味しい朝食を作ってくださった方々、ありがとうございました。

The check in process was quick and easy. The room was on the smaller side but it was clean and comfortable. The hotel was an easy walk from the central train station and lots of restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.

This Hotel has enough facility like Lundly, Bath, Kitching and other. I think that the Hotel is so good, if we just only stay.
