ホテルの施設は素晴らしかったです。しかし、レセプションの対応は最低レベル（ウェイクアップコール忘れ、タクシー手配ミス等、しかも言い訳する）なのがとても残念に思います。周辺には何もないので、せめてレストランのメニューの一部でも日替わりで変更した方が良いと思います。
