Turn off the lights and lock the doors

We expect you to leave Tenwood Lodge in excellent condition. Don't strip the beds, but put all used towels in the bathtubs, remove trash, clean and replace kitchen items.

Ithaca is green, please put all food waste in the compost bin provided and rinse recyclables and put them in the recycling area.

Welcome videos will be provided prior to your stay, as well as online access to a copy of the manual which will be found on the kitchen island.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking or cannabis in the house, if used outside please empty your lungs and collect waste.

You must enjoy each other! Happy laughter is welcome, lots of noise is fine, you set the quiet time schedule, no worries about the owners onsite.

Great stay

Family.of 16 stayed here with toddlers, teenagers, and several adults. Place was clean and well stocked, communication was timely and helpful, and overall a great experience.

The property owner is really engaged and shares great advice about what to do around. They provide ample space for large groups and are a phone call away if you need them for whatever reason. The property is clean and really well laid out to be that big. I would recommend a stay for large groups. We were a party of eight and felt it would have taken more. A great stay.

Family vacation

Can't say enough praises for our stay at Tenwood, we feel like we've found our spot for family gatherings. The attention to detail and welcoming nature of Kim and Russ are exceptional. We had an amazing Fourth of July picnic outside and the kids had a blast running around and playing in the yard. We wanted for nothing in the kitchen, meal preparation was a breeze. We had plenty of room for family meals and game time around the huge table. Comfy beds kept us well rested. We feel blessed to have found Tenwood and look forward to returning.
