「Les points très positifs sont les services proposés (produits de toilettes, linge, ménage et disponibilité pour répondre aux questions, … ainsi que le vin à l’arrivée), l’emplacement de l’appartement, la climatisation, la possibilité de stationner à l’intérieur et son jardin avec terrasse. Concernant l’appartement il est spacieux et l’équipement est suffisant, même si on peut regretter la petite taille du réfrigérateur et la douche un peu étroite.」

「Das Ferienhaus liegt eigentlich fast direkt am Strand (50m). Vom Haus erreicht man fußläufig das Centro von Sirmione, Restaurants, Bars usw.. Wenn man in die historische Altstadt will, kann man die Fahrräder nehmen, die auch vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Insgesamt eine tolle ruhige Lage, ein nettes Haus mit super Ausstattung und Sirmione biete dazu noch italienischen Flair. Wir kommen wieder.」

Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und nett, sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unterstützt. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ebenfalls optimal, zum Einkaufen aber auch um in die Stadt zu kommen. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!」

「This spacious villa was perfect for our extended family group of 8. The antique furnishings were as pictured, and comfortable. Our liaison, Jeanne, was a sweetheart and so helpful during our stay. The villa is on the main road and within walking distance to the town and lake. The pizzeria two doors down was very convenient! The road noise could be loud at times in the main bedrooms, but that’s because we had our balcony doors and windows open at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we miss the...

「Charming house with lovely view. Positives were the open plan central floor where we could all meet, and the view from the top floor bedroom. Negatives were the regular power cuts, the smaller bedrooms are hot without AC, and the walk to Menaggio is 30 minutes and of questionable safety in sections. Overall we had a delightful stay, a great time was had by all and George was really helpful !」

It is located near enough to tourist-busy Bellagio, but far away enough that it is relaxing and quiet. The villa is beautiful and nicely furnished; the owner responds quickly and is welcoming. 「Das Haus liegt sehr schön, allerdings ist die Küche sehr sparsam ausgestattet, z.B.wenig Gläser. Wasserkrug, Teekanne etc. wären. Das trübt ein wenig den Gesamteindruck.」

「This place is near the heart of Bolzano. Modern, clean, bright and well appointed. My wife and I stayed here and greatly enjoyed our time. Close to restaurants and attractions. Staff were helpful. Room is large and functional. Extremely modern controls. Our room had stunning view of the mountains. There’s also a fantastic gym with new equipment. We definitely stay here again.」
