My House on the Riviera: The Santa Cristina II Dam

  • A paradisiacal place with all the infrastructure to serve you, a high-standard condominium located on the banks of the Jurumirim Reservoir in Itaí, SP. The house is 500m from the reservoir. Do you have a boat, personal watercraft, kayak, or similar? Here you have an easy-access ramp to enjoy our reservoir, an eco-trail for walking or cycling, playgrounds for children, and much more.

    House located in the highest part of the condominium, offering privileged views of the reservoir, spacious and well-ventilated common areas, barbecue in a semi-outdoor gourmet area, games room with billiards and ping pong, outdoor area with heated pool and another barbecue, pool with huge spa, 4 hydro points and custom lighting, refrigerator, cooktop, 2 TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime and all TV channels unlocked, Wi-fi, firm beds with good quality mattresses.


    HOUSE RULES
    Under no circumstances should you remain in the pool area with sharp objects.
    #Drive within the condominium at a maximum speed of 50km/h
    Avoid loud noises after 10 PM.


    Check-in and Check-out: Arrival from 5 PM on the day of arrival and departure after 5 PM, thus closing the daily rate cycle. A person will be responsible for receiving you and giving you all the necessary instructions about the house.
