Honestly i was worried at first cause it was the first time in istanbul. But the hotel was great, the staff are quick to help with your needs. I was there for a week and it was such a great stay. I would defo stay here again if i am in istanbul.

Hotel muy lindo y moderno en pleno Sultanamet, esta remodelado y es todo moderno. Lo único que nos gusto es que el día del check out la gerente vino a la habitación y prácticamente nos sacaron, pero enteindo que era la hora ya. En general todo bien

Oda temiz, yataklar rahat,ses yalıtımı biraz iyi değil.Yaninda otopark var,otele geldiğinizi söylerseniz yardımcı oluyorlar.Fiyatina göre bence iyi.

Hotel correct mais sans plus .. chambre au rez de chaussé trop bruyant on entend les autres chambre .. on entend les gens parler a travers les murs .. les toilettes de la chambre d’en face .. pas de télécommande dans la chambre pour la télé , pas de café ni de thé dans la chambre .. idéal pour une nuit si vous êtes de passage car petit prix ..

1.) Minibar war leer obwohl angegeben
2.) Kein Balkon oder Terrasse obwohl auf Bildern angegeben
3.) Kein Frühstück obwohl ich die Option Frühstück gebucht hatte und es als Option angegeben war.
Ich möchte Sie bitten, mir eine Entschädigung für all diese Unannehmlichkeiten zu gewähren, vor allem hatte das Hotel mit der Option Frühstück geworben und ich hatte dafür bezahlt, als wir nach Ankunft im Hotel erfuhren, dass es kein Frühstück gibt weil das Hotel keine Küche hat, sind für mich zusätzliche Kosten entstanden obwohl ich mit Frühstück gebucht hatte.
