It is a good Hotel for the price and if you are in a budget. It is located next to Taksim Square which is an area with a lot of restaurants and shopping , near Metro and bus station , safe and also a good area to exchange your foreign money. In resume don’t expect something very fancy but decent for the price and good to do tourism in Istambul, thanks

Hôtel ancien mais rénové, très bien situé à proximité de toutes les commodités et de la place Taksim. L’accès se fait par une pente assez marquée pour rejoindre la place, mais le retour est plus facile. Le personnel est à l’écoute, souriant et très attentif aux demandes. Rien à redire de ce côté. Le petit-déjeuner est assez moyen, de type international classique, sans véritable spécialité turque. Concernant la chambre, il s’agit d’une chambre familiale spacieuse, idéale pour quatre personnes, avec les équipements nécessaires, sans plus. Petit bémol : le ménage de la chambre pourrait être amélioré. Dans l’ensemble, avec la hausse des prix dans la région, cet hôtel reste un bon choix pour séjourner et profiter de la ville. Si vous recherchez un confort correct, un bon emplacement et un prix raisonnable, TaximTown Hotel peut être une option intéressante.

Resepsiyondaki eleman oldukça nazikti onun dışında herşey berbattı. Yatakların içi kıl doluydu ve çarşaflar lekeliydi.yatağın üzerine koyulan o süs yastıkları pislikten renk değiştirmişti. Kahvaltıda 2 çeşit peynir vardı domatesler utanmasalar ikiye bölüp atacaklarmış.

Personel nazik ve ilgiliydi. Otelin konumu ve ulaşım ağına yakınlığı çok iyiydi. Odaların cam yalıtımı çok kötüydü. Dışarının soğuku tamamen odanın içerisindeydi. Klozeti kırıktı. Odadan erken çıkarsanız temizlik oluyor. Yastıklar yetersizdi. Çarşaf ve havlular temizdi. TV kanalları yetersizdi. Çift asansöre sahip olması çok iyiydi.

Good hotell

Great hotel just two minutes from taksim square. Friendly and helpful staff. Good cleaning. Now to the negatives. The street it's located on has a lot of trans prostitutes especially on evenings but that isn't the hotels fault. And the breakfast wasn't very good either. Overall a great place.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel’s cleanliness was top-notch, and the value for money is excellent I truly felt like I got more than what I paid for. The Turkish breakfast was a real treat, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. What really stood out was the hotel's location, it’s right in the heart of the city, just a stone’s throw from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect spot to explore the city. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul!

The staff working at this property were genuinely excellent. Everyone I interacted with was polite, helpful, and tried their best to assist whenever needed. Their positive attitude and professionalism were clearly the strongest part of the experience and deserve recognition. That said, the property itself did not feel like a proper hotel. In reality, it was much closer to a hotel apartment than a standard hotel. The overall structure, level of service, and condition of the building did not match what most travelers would normally expect when booking a hotel. One of the main and ongoing problems was the frequent sewage smell inside the room. This odor was present most of the time and made the stay uncomfortable. Even though the room appeared reasonably clean on the surface, the constant smell suggested deeper plumbing or maintenance issues that should be addressed seriously. The furniture and facilities were basic and somewhat outdated, and overall maintenance felt average at best. While everything was usable, it lacked the comfort and freshness associated with a true hotel experience. On the positive side, the location is convenient, with relatively easy access to Istiklal Street and Taksim Square, which is helpful for sightseeing, shopping, and transportation. However, location alone does not compensate for the lack of comfort and hotel-level standards.Overall, guests should manage their expectations. Inmy opinion, this property fits more accurately in the 2 to 3 star
