The air conditioning didn't work, the shower didn't go away, the water didn't go away. And 1 day before I left I was called at 5.30am by a hotel receptionist telling me that if I wanted to have whiskey at the bar, it's disrespectful.

The only positive aspect of the hotel was that the bed sheets and the bathroom were clean. Everything else, both inside and outside the room, was of poor quality. The ceiling was peeling, and the walls were so thin that we could hear noise from other rooms all night as well as from the street. Also, the smell of smoke from other rooms was very strong in ours. The bathroom fan was extremely loud, as was the AC unit. The bathroom was so small that the door could not be closed without stepping behind it. I am very surprised that this place has such a high rating. I would not return.

Pillow cases, linens and towels were all dirty, discolored. Shower didnt work right. Elevator didnt work (you have to carry your luggage upstairs. It may have been a decent hotel previously, but apparently it fell into disrepair and owners dont care. Stay away.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Bett war angehnem.Die Schallisolierung war nicht so gut wie erhofft. Es gab keine Möglichkeit zu frühstücken da auch das Café gegenüber geschlossen hatte. Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich. Aber was mich sehr geärgert hat war das versucht wurde mir eine zweite Nacht zu berechnen obwohl alles bereits im Vorfeld bezahlt war. Ich hatte vom 22.-24.5 gebucht. Ich kam in der ersten Nacht erst um ca 2 Uhr an. Ich war nur einen Tag da wegen eines Konzerts. Ich kam nach dem Konzert zurück ins Hotel. Es war ca.23:30 am 23.5. Ich wollte meinen Zimmerschlüssel an der Rezeption abholen aber der Mann dort meinte ich müsste noch eine Nacht bezahlen. Nach dem ich mehrfach gesagt habe das ich 2 Nächte bezahlt habe aber erst eine Nacht dort verbracht habe hat er die Forderung dann fallen lassen. Ich bin schon viel gereist aber sowas ist mir nocht nicht passiert.

Il y a une cliente qui a hurlée plusieurs heures durant la nuit. Courrait dans le corridor à moitié nue sans que personne appelle la police.Impossible de dormir. Intervention inexistante du surveillant de nuit. Nous devrions être remboursés pour cette terrible nuit. Des choses comme cela n'est pas normal.
