Welcoming hotel. The room was quite spacious. Close to Taksim and all shopping areas and restaurants. The hotel needs to be renovated, however for the price deal that I could get and all the other positive things, I am rating this hotel high enough.

Could not check in, despite caling in advance about arriving later and to confirm booking was in order. Was denied the room and charged anway, had to go through months of customer service with expedia and Klarna to fix this. Do not recommend, staff was unfriendly, did not speak English well and seemed uneager and unbothered to help. We were left to sit in the street after a long night of travel.

Terrible night

This hotel is cheating first of things there's a breakfast in its pictures but in fact there's no breakfast and when I asked the reception why he said every thing is became expensive therefore we cancelled the breakfast. Second the room was poor with furniture but clean . And the great misfortune was the air condition didn't work and he said I can't do anything for you so I asked him to move to other room he told the hotel is full and if you don't like to stay cancel your reservation I shocked because my reservation non-refundable . I went out and asked the hotels at the same area all of it is full because it's a season now but finally I find a hotel (MAXWELL HOTEL) that someone cancelled his reservation and I got the room so the reception was very helpful when he saw me angry and tired he helped me to be calm and the room that I got it approximately same price with very little increase money just 5 $ with air condition and breakfast and the staff is friendly. I have applied a complain about the SARAJEVO hotel to Hotels.com and will trying to help me for money refund. This my bad experience and terrible night at SARAJEVO hotel

Hallo zusammen, eine 0 von 5, hab selber erst nach derm Aufenthalt die Kommentare durchgelesen. Alles KAPUTT und schmutzig, Personal mega unhöflich. Duschkabine ohne mittlere Scheibe😅 Klositzer (Plastik) halb gebrochen - im Ernst vorne war ein Teil weg und dieser Teil war zum Beißen zuständig😅. Überall Schmutz und Staub, bitte Vorhänge nicht bewegen, sonst musst ihr nur husten. ( ) sehr umweltfreundlich, also die Luster bzw. Lichter sind als Dekor, daher nicht funktionsfähig😅 aber eine Lichterkette hats zum Gluck funktioniert. Falls die Hose kaputt geht und man was nähen soll, hat man dann fix ProblemA😂 im Nachhinein ist halt alles so witzig, weil es ja nicht als Wahrheit zum Fassen ist!!!! Der große kleine Chefe unmenschlich 😅 niemand aus der Personal-Crew stand zur Hilfe. Der eine war zwei Tage da und jedes Mal meinte er ist nur zur Aushilfe für den Onkel da😅 (man wünscht sich ja solche Neffen ;-) Gut, dass solche Menschen gleich Bild des Landes kaputt machen. Also generell wenig gute Erfahrungen in Istanbul aber diese „Hotel“ war echt Highlight Also lange Rede kurzer Sinn ich würde euch empfehlen Finger weg.

Attenzione gente perchè expedia vi propone strutture fatiscenti e sporchissime. Questo hotel non potrebbe nemmeno esercitare l'attività. Sprecate tempo e denaro se prenotate lì. Ho tante foto che provano quello che ho scritto. Sono fuggito dopo 1 ora perdendo 65 euro a notte e tempo per trovare un'altra struttura!

Rezervasyonumuz bize bilgi verilmeden iptal edilmişti. Mağdur olmamak için boş oda varsa onu kiralayalım dedik 3 gece kaldık . Odadaki telefon çalışmıyordu, tuvalet kağıdı ya da havlu istemek için resepsiyona inmek zorunda kaldık ve istediğimiz herşey için yok cevabını aldık. Fotoğraflarla hiç ilgisi yok odaların , çalışanların çoğu umursamaz ve saygısız cevap veriyorlar. Berbat bir yer kısacası. Bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir yer asla da tavsiye etmiyoruz.

Kötü koku ile çok kirli otel. Yataklar, şilteler, çarşaflar kirli ve kırık. 4 gecelik konaklama süresince oda temizliği sadece 1 kez. Çok kirli tuvalet ve banyo. Çok Terbietsiz eğitimsiz yönetici ve personel. Bir daha asla bu otele bakmayacağım.

Ich werde mal versuchen eine nützliche und hilfreiche Bewertung zu schreiben, für jene die dieses Hotel zum Buchen ins Auge gesetzt haben. Der Standort dieses Hotels ist sehr nah am Taksim Boulevard. Jede Menge verschiedene Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das war aber auch alles positive. Hotel war sehr schmutzig. Mein Zimmer war einer Baustelle zu vergleichen. Eine große Fläche an der Wand war nicht verspachtelt und nur mit einem Schief zu Wand anliegenden Holzplatte verdeckt. Dieses Hotel war sehr günstig aber nicht mal dieses Geld Wert. Handtücher waren keine im Zimmer und die Dusche war halb kaputt. Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

First staff member was nice, after a new staff member was on reception and was really rude and looked like he didn’t care. Didn’t help with my luggage as-well had to find a taxi my self at 5am in the morning. When I asked if they had water he said no you have to buy it your self from the market.

Not bad, but could be better!

Good side: The staff were friendly and polite. The hotel is located just few-minutes away from Taksim street, and is surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. Bad side: We were given first a spacious and well illuminated room but with no internet access! So we demanded another one and we got a much smaller room, not well aerated nor illuminated. The access to both rooms was difficult and they weren't accessible via the elevator nor via the main stairs of the hotel. The room was not equipped with a good air-conditioner. We had a small ventilator but it wasn't efficient and very noisy during nights. The internet connection in this side of the hotel was very bad, and the internet disconnects every time the reception replies to a phone call! The hotel is nice and can be improved.

Sokakta tekinsiz insanların cirit attığı, kavganın gürültünün sabaha kadar bitmediği sokakta bulunan, odalarının sigara koktuğu, klimaların, taharet musluğunun çalışmadığı, banyosunda aynasının olmadığı odalara sahip otel. 2 gece ayırtmamıza rağmen ilk geceden sonra ayrılmak zorunda kaldık.
