Is is highly recommended. Kitchen and property facilities are one the kind. Sea water was amazing but as for the beach the locals don't realise what they have and they don't look after at all !!! Needs a lot of looking after but it can be Awesome site!!

Check in went smoothly (we were 4 people with 2 rooms), the outdoor infrastructure was fantastic (pools, waterslides, etc.), and the breakfast was good. However, we would not stay there again because the air conditioning system does not work properly. We stayed during the summer when it was really hot outside and in both of our rooms we could never get the air conditioning to go below 26 degrees celsius (78.8 Fahrenheit) despite running it on full blast and setting it to 19 C. We called the front desk several times and they sent a technician who determined that it was working fine, but it was only blowing room temperature air and not cooling. They reluctantly agreed to move us to another room but the lowest the temp we ever got in the new room was 24 C well into the middle of the night. There is clearly a hotel-wide problem that they know about as evidenced by the large standalone air conditioning unit they placed in the breakfast room which was the only cool room in the entire hotel. If air conditioning is important to you, I would search for another place to stay.

Rooms great but service/food not so great

Overall pleasant stay rooms were great, but there was issue with the wifi( not secure enough) someone hacked our email and my kids app store on ipad, but we recovered back. Also we tried to bill to our room when we purchase whether to use the spa service or in the pool, we couldn’t, we had to pay separately all the time. We complained to reception but they just said they will investigate thats all. No apology or tried to do anything. Also for 5 star hotel food was average.

Old room and wear and tear mostly in the bathroom. The other hotel guests were so loud until very late and no one at the hotel did anything about it. Kids running around and slamming doors. Did not use the amenities or had breakfast. Best thing was the view of the water.

Good hotel.

The internet is very little for such a hotel, and during peak hours it was not available at all and the maximum allowed is 2 devices per reservation. Of course, waking up every morning at 4 a.m. was also unpleasant. Overall the hotel is good, but there is a lot to add.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ – Disappointing for a Four-Star Hotel I stayed at this hotel during the high season and unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations of a four-star standard. I would rate it more as a solid three-star hotel. Staff: The staff appeared to be mostly inexperienced or low-cost hires. While some were friendly, there was a clear lack of professionalism throughout the service. Food & Beverage: The food and drink situation was frustrating: Even during peak season, essential items were frequently missing – there was no ayran, no tea (which is quite standard in Turkey), and not enough ice cream. For iced coffee or cocktails, there was no syrup available, which made certain drinks impossible to prepare. Key food items, like börek or fried onions that were part of the menu, were often missing. Cleanliness & Spa: The spa area was not consistently clean, and didn’t seem to be properly maintained. Location: The hotel is quite isolated. There are no public transport options nearby, and you need to take a taxi to reach the city. On foot, you can only reach a small shop and the beach, which is about a 15-minute walk. Conclusion: Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering it was during high season. Service and availability were far below expectations. I would not return to this hotel.

The children are very happy with the slides.

NO BEER. Overall the hotel is good, they don't offer full meals, but that wasn't a problem for us, they only offered us breakfast but it was very expensive. Every day there was good service in the room and removal of towels. NO BEER. NO BEER. There were minor problems with the room, but it's not terrible. Air conditioning was very weak. The Internet was with a hotspot, a few hours ago we had to enter a lot of data to log in, but in general there was a range, but the Internet is weak. The pools are very good, the children are very happy with the slides, and that was the most important thing. NO BEER. Room with a garden view, actually a view of the parking lot and the mosque, and every morning at 4:30 a.m. he woke us up. AND NO BEER.
