Perfect hotel for stay in Istanbul

I enjoyed my stay at Queens Land Hotel very much. The location is perfect, 2 minutes to marmaray, 5 minutes to Eminonu and short walk to Aya Sofia, blue mosque and grand bazaar. the room was very nice, comfortable bed, tv, in room safe and air conditioning. Staff helpful and nice breakfast buffet.

Fabulous little hotel

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Fun the outside it didn't look great but inside rooms were spacious and well decorated. Air conditioning was very good, staff delightful, helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect for all the main sights and 2 minutes from the marmaray for easy access to the Asian side.

An older property with small rooms (and smaller bathrooms). It was two of us in a triple room but it was tight at times! We loved the location with it being walking distance from all the main tourist attractions and ferry terminals. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating.

Look, let's be honest. If you are looking at this hotel, its because the location is fantastic. Everything touristy is a ten minute walk away. The Mosques, the bazaars, the ferries, the metro, the supermarket -- you are paying for the location. The hotel itself is.... Fine. Don't have any high expectations, and you'll be satisfied. If you just need a place to sleep and wash, then this is perfect. Plus, you get breakfast included -- you really can't expect anything more. If you wanted a more luxurious hotel, either pay more, or find a hotel that is further away. But if you value the location, this was perfect.

The staff were lovely. Central and safe. Excellent public transport links as well as walking distance to many sights, lots of restaurants inc smaller ones for pide and such. Good Cleanliness. I was travelling as a woman alone and felt very safe there and staff were thoughtful. Lots of Turkish tea. It was nice being able to relax outside in between activities. The lift. It is helpful if disabled as well as convenient. The breakfast was good though the hot food tends to run out so best to get there for 9:00 or earlier at if you want it. There are standard items, 3 cheeses and a cold meat, fruit and salad veg and 3 types of bread, boiled eggs, some are lighly spiced. The hot food is what changes daily. The pricing is good. I would stay again.

Some front desk personnel were rude and dishonest at resolving our complaints. We move out 2 days prior to our check out date due to the a/c not working properly and the shower very slippery and dangerous for us to fall.

Eminönünde ve her yere yakın konumda. Eşim ile birlikte kaldım ve memnundum. Klimaları çalışıyordu. Hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Banyosu vs. Temizdi. Gittiğimde tekrar konaklayabilirim. Kahvaltısı tatmin edici yeterli ve güzeldi. Güler yüzlü çalışanlar için teşekkürler. Araç ile gidenler otopark sıkıntısı yaşar bu da otelin değil konumun sıkıntısıdır.

Wir hatten das Economy Zimmer die Zimmer sind runtergekommen und ungepflegt sowie sehr eng, Fenster schaut zum Nachbar und nicht nach aussen sondern in ein Luftschacht. Keine Luftzufuhr ! Zimmerwechsel war trotz Nachfrage nicht möglich:( Abluftventilator im Bad laut, WC Spülung defekt. Das Einzige positive war das frische Frühstück und Herr Erdal sowie Herr Ömer die sehr freundlich waren.👍 Wer keine Ansprüche hat kann es sich antun.
