Unfinished building!

Struggled to find the “hotel” as there is no signage. The building is unfinished and covered in dust, the lady on reception was charming but it doesn’t change the fact that this should not advertise as a hotel; wires sticking out of the walls, bare plasterboard. A new experience for me and one I hope never to repeat!

It's not a hotel

Reservation was not guaranteed. They told no room was available. Name of the hotel -at the address you provided- was different. It was like a hostel mostly Syrian refugees have preferred. I made this reservation for my fiance, and she found 10 times better hotel with a price of $35. Please refund what I paid. This place does not have its own website. It looks like a scam.

The photos looked nothing like what I booked.

Hotel is part of Lily Hotel. Doesn’t even have hotel name outside of it, we had trouble finding the place. I booked the hotel because i thought it had a spa and Hammam (it had several pictures of both in the property photos), it had neither. There was a pile of building/construction rubble in the hallway in front of our door. All of that being said, the room itself was not bad.

Hotel.com didn't not do inspection on that place.

It is a terrible experience. Very rude staff taking bio data of passports on a personal phone. The bed sheet looks very old and dirty. The water is in a small plastic cup. The kettle is not descaled. The channels on the tv was local channels with no understanding. Very unsafe place. The bed was sinking and with a lot of noise when you turn. The look of the place which doesn't look like a hotel on the website is a total scam as the had swimming pool on the website but later said is not opened as the place was rennovating. The smell of the place was toxic.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, super Service!

Die Unterkunft was sehr schön. Gutes, geräumiges und sehr großes Zimmer/ Appartment; sehr sauber. Sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles war vorhanden. Frühstück war hervorragend. Insgesamt war alles perfekt. Das Hotel konnte allerdings nur mit einem Transfer erreicht werden.

Lady on reception was very nice and welcoming. Room was big. It was like apartment. But it had old renovation and actually another address (reception ride me by car about 3 minutes). Included breakfast I ordered on 10-30, I've waiting till 10-55, but nobody showed and I didn't know how to remind them(because reception is too far). So I just left without breakfast.

Good value, near airport

On check-in, I had to pay an extra 5 eur per day for breakfast, which was supposed to be included in the booking. Later, hotels.com resolved this. This hotel is actually a renamed Lily hotel. Walls are thin and there were some noisy guests. However, the manager intervened without me asking. Overall, great value for money if waiting for a flight.

I found this place online I was actually looking for budget place to spend one night only before I cutch the next flight .. the location is j great very close to the airport 10 min with bus line H-6 with taxi wil be 5 min , Lili the gast lady was very friendly and helpfully she picked me up from the bus stop and give a good guiding advice The apartment was clean and Couzy And of course amazing price

I had a long lay over in the new Istanbul airport, so I needed a bed for the night. I was arriving late and contacted the property who arranged a pick up for me, transfers to and from the property. The property itself was in good condition and the room was great for what I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money
