I enjoyed my time at this hotel, and would return use them again. They were easy to communicate with when I had an issue and offered options to resolve my issue. Clean room and clean bathroom - which is very important for my positive experience. Thanks.

Very good location, but quite basic hotel. There is many places with breakfast included for better price. The hotel lobby was under construction because of a renovation. The hotel room was clean and ok, but the window door didn't close fully so there was a bit cold. There was also some pipes making loud noises. During check in I didn't get any info that the sauna area is for extra cost. Before I was going there in the evening they told me that it's 2500 TL (65e!!). Well obviously I looked shocked of the ripoff price and then he told that he can make it 1500 TL (40e) for me. I just went back up and showered in my room... In general the staff was nice though.

The only plus side of the hotel was its central location and breakfast. The air conditioning was not working efficiently, the refrigerator was broken, the bed and pillows were yellowed from stains, the toilet seat was broken, the room and bathroom were not cleaned thoroughly. It is not possible to talk about a service that would deserve such high prices.

November stay at La vita

Stayed at this property for 3 nights with a couple of my friends and I can say that the hotel is generally ok, you get what you pay for and no extra. Room is small if 3 people stay in it. Would most definitely advise not to have breakfast at the hotel. It is reasonably clean. Lastly staff are extremely friendly and very helpful, to say the least had a good stay because of how great the staff were.

We stayed only one night at the hotel. Overall the experience was ok. On negative side: The room was quite small and we've heard the HVAC unit make noise during the all night. On positive side: the team is welcoming and the hotel is well placed in the middle of Kadikoy.

Very central located and very clean hotel.

The hotel is very central located in the centre of Kadikoy. The room was very clean. Had cleaning every day with clean towels. Also the breakfast was good, enough choise. The room has heating and airconditioner. The people working at the hotel are all very friendly and helpfull. The only thing is that you can hear the noises when nextdoor opens and closes. But if you don’t mind that, it’s a perfect hotel.

Standard room size was rather small compared to what is pictured. A/C squeeling fan noise was not pleasant. Cleanliness of shower avaerage. Was expecting buffet breakfast for the price. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Room overall was up to date. Dissapointed there was no safety box in room.
