Thank you very much for the pleasant stay. All of the staff were very kind, nice, helpful, professional and exceptionally polite. Service was excellent.The room was spotless, clean, comfortable and modern. This was my first trip to Istanbul and this hotel made me enjoy it even more. De douche plafond had lekkage , geluid van buiten was te horen ( de kamers zijn niet geluid dicht) en het was niet mogelijk om airco koud te zetten ivm winter stand en een raam openen was geen optie ivm geluid van buiten. De enige pluspunten waren: vriendelijke personeel en de ligging van het hotel ( loopafstand van de metro taksim) en bushaltes

The hotel venue is good ; The rooms are good and clean ; some of the staff was helpful and others not ; I was talking to my father on the phone and someone asked me to turn down my volume because the customers in the next room are sleeping at two o'clock in the afternoon ; This thing made me change the hotel this week ; Isn't a person coming on vacation entitled to talk to his family on the phone during the day and not at night? I saw it a very strange request from a staff ; but it’s okey for the rest 🙏🙏 good luck For people who do their job well there 🙏

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Konak Hotel Taksim We had a wonderful stay at the Konak Hotel Taksim in Istanbul. Our room on the ground floor was very clean and was thoroughly cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily. A great bonus was that the minibar was free of charge, and fresh water was placed in the room every day after cleaning. Every request we had was fulfilled immediately. The breakfast was excellent — there was something for everyone. A special thanks to Ms. Nadire and Mr. Mehmet Kaya and Mr. Baran at the reception for their kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. We would also like to thank Osman and the hardworking housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness. We can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul!

Personel nazik ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Konum çok iyi. Yalnız oda kalitesi vasat durumdaydı. Pencerelerde ki ses yalıtımı kötü durumda. Taksimin en işlek yerindeki bir otelde ses yalıtımına yatırım yapmak gerekirdi. Gece seslerden uyuyamadım. Bir oda içinde toz kokusu vardı. Onu bastırmak için koku da sıkılmış galiba daha da ağır olmuştu. Havalandırıp idare etmeye çalıştım ama çok zorlandım. Lobby deki kalite görünümü odalara yansımalı muhakkak.
