Amazing hotel

We had an amazing time at the hotel. It was very clean, the employers were polite, respectful and extremely helpfull. The service was available 24/7. Breakfast was included and the food was delicious. Also the hotel was placed in the centrum, which meant that we were close to malls, grocery stories and a lot of others boutiques. In our opinion, this hotel was the best part of our trip in Turkey. Thank you for everything and we are surely going to book our stay in this hotel if we are coming back to Turkey again.

The shame hotel

Hotel buyuk hamit need renovation. The pictures in the website or hotels.com are misleading .the staff are friendly The bad part when they bring pest control to spray the room with guests in the rooms in rainy day.other guest you can hear them all the night.plus the prices in front desk less than booking online

The hotel was going through renovations and was very loud. The lobby of the hotel had a very strong paint odour because it was being painted. The carpet of the rooms had holes and stains.

Kısaca Ben sadece ben hata yaptım sizler yapmayın ,Hotel pis,banyo mantar dolu, mobilyalar eski,görültü,fön calismiyor, klima gürültülü,banyoya giren sağlığını tehlikeye atma ihtimali yüksek , kısacası bunları okuyupta halen bu hotele giden olursa aklından zoru var demektir..

Wir hatten als 5-köpfige Familie das teuerste Zimmer genommen, weil wir ja logischerweise 5 Betten gebraucht haben, ABER das Beste kommt jetzt.. Erst an der Rezeption hieße es das unser Zimmer nicht im Hotel ist, sondern gegenüber vom dem Hotel. Also heißt wir waren NICHT im Hotel, sondern gegenüber vom Hotel in einem Apartment Zimmer, wo zum Hotel gehört ... war erstmal SCHOCKIERT, weil diese Information nicht mal ansatzweise in der Beschreibung stand. Na ja egal, das Apartment hatte einen Aufzug, schön und gut, aber wenn grade mal eine Person reinpasst, bringt mir der Aufzug auch nichts, Aufzug war auch teilweise defekt ... Unsere Koffern mussten wir bis zu vierten Stock (wende Treppe)teilweise hochschleppen. Weil nicht alles in den Aufzug gepasst hat, soviel zum ersten Tag ... Wir wollten nicht in dem Zimmer bleiben, weil wir nicht direkt im Hotel waren und hatten uns entschlossen mit der Person an der Rezeption zu reden, dass es so nicht geht dann hieß es das wir im Hotel zwei zimmern bekommen würden aber, was draufzahlen müssen, HÄÄ ich hab das teuerste Zimmer und soll noch für zwei kleine zimmern, was wir bekommen, hätten noch draufzahlen, dachte ich höre nicht richtig, es ging hin und her diskutierten aber konnten uns irgendwie nicht einigen und letztendlich entschloss ich mich mit meiner Familie in dem Zimmer zu bleiben und verbrachten unsere 9 tage in dem Zimmer wo aussah wie im Asylheim ... das Sofa war kaputt, der Boden war dreckig, nicht zu empfehlen und nie wi

Elendig. Toilet vasken er utæt, aircondition dropper, 50%af tiden uden vand, heller varmt vand. Vi var 5 voksende og der var kun 2 håndklæder, og fordi vi er 5 så har de givet os en lejlighed i en anden fremmede bygning , hvor vi skulle krydse en meget farlig trafik, hver morgen til morgen mad, ingen sikkerhed, Camera overvågning, ingen lobby, ingen kontakt med reception...

J'ai réservé une chambre de luxe non fumeur pour 3 personnes. A l'arrivée à l'hôtel la chambre se trouve à l'extérieur dans un bâtiment en face de l'hôtel. Toute les chambres disant de luxe qui mon proposés sentent la cigarette impossible d'accepter. Finalement j'ai payé une chambre simple de 3 lits pour une chambre de luxe. Je déconseille cet hôtel.

Für den Preis eine gute Empfehlung !!!

Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Steckdose im Bad für den Fön hing runter, wurde aber sofort nach bekanntgabe repariert. Hier und dort gibs makel, hat mich persönlich nicht gestört. Der Service ist top haben alles über Telefon bekommen. Die anbindungen zur Tram waren sehr gut, sodass man überall hinkommt.

샤워시설은 엉망이고 욕조는 차라리 없는게 나을듯.. 샤워커튼이 없어서 물이 흘러 넘침. 내부 인테리어 모두 교체해야 할 정도로 낡았다.

very very bad hotel

The price online was good, so i reserved for 7 days and the surprise was when they show me the first room, ....i was shocked that the room is in the lobby level with window access to the heating main unit and the AC, i refuse this room , so the second room was in the first floor with view to the alley and was in very bad shape and no safe box in the room , i refused the second , the third room was also in the first floor with view to the main street but also in bad shape like no one do any maintenance for 20 years, most of the light are non functional the AC unit has a breaker on the wall only you can turn it on or off , water drip under the sink , the bathtub is very very old with a lot of crack in it and no curtain so the water will fill all the bath room floor, the window curtain are not a black out, we wake up from the first light , the lock of the room is like a closet lock , the furniture of the restaurent for the breakfast are not stable we verify the chair before we sit on it, coffee machine was not working most of the time, the breads was not precut, so peoples touch all the bread with their hand and cut it , unsanitary. When i confront the manager about the room condition , his answer was that i paid for an economy room and if i want to upgrade my room the different is 25 Euro per night, there was no different type of room at the hotel.com site and when i search it it show picture of a good room only, this in not an hotel of 4 stars , 1 stars is more then enough.

Hotel con personal muy amable.

Es un hotel turco, demasiado recargado para los tiempos actuales, pero hotel. Los recepcionistas son muy simpaticos y amables, y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Tienen desayuno que no pudimos probar porque nuestro avion salia antes, a pesar de que incluso nos dieron la opcion de abrirnoslo una hora antes de ma habitual. Cerca de la mezquita de Suleiman.

First of thanks entire hotel team, they are very hard workers specially in morning break fast. Furniture at the breakfast environment needs to replaced as it required proper maintenance. Rest all ok about all services.
