I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is one month old so sparkling new. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Location an easy walk but last park not under cover and you could get very wet. Had breakfast in the cafe as we didn’t want full Buffett. Very nice.

The hotel is brand new and close to the airport. You’re given the warmest welcomes from the staff the moment you enter the property. Exceptional!!! We had drinks and food at the bar. The food was great and the bar tender and servers were awesome!!!! Would definitely go back and stay at this property!!! If you’re craving a burger get the smash burger. Delicious!!! Beware of the taxi drivers. The fare should be around €6. Only downside they don’t have a shuttle service.

Clean and tidy hotel with a convenient airport location. However, the service needs improvement . My parents asked for a cup of water when they arrived, but unfortunately no one helped them. I expected better service from Hilton.

We had an unexpected overnight at IST due to flight issues. Hotel super convenient within 10 mins walk undercover from arrivals so no need for the hassle of transfers etc if you have a short stay. Brand new and it shows. Beautiful inside and importantly super quiet for an airport hotel - zero plane noise or slamming of doors as people come and go. Hotel provided good amenities as we had zero luggage including slippers robe, shave kit, combs etc etc. free water in room. Great shower room with high power shower. Highly recommend for short stay. High security on arrival with all bags to be scanned and metal detectors....assume due to airport location. Not much else around other than the airport facilities

The hotel is brand new so all the rooms are spotless , we did not have time to check the pool or gym. However the restaurants are not open yet so there is only room service. The room service was ok nothing special. In general they are still working out some kinks and getting fully operational. Also getting to the hotel was somewhat confusing they did have signs but they were not the most obvious for where to exit and where to go. Also no shuttle offered from the hotel is annoying as that would add to the convenience. Basically it's a 15 min walk from arrivals and you have to stay on the lower level do not go up to departure floor. Walk towards the metro/ mosque and you can enter the hotel from the backside.

I was sleeping when they opened the door without announcing themselves. They said they were housekeeping, but the guy was wearing a suit. The food is overpriced!

Beautiful new hotel within walking distance from IST. We had an early morning flight so stayed overnight- best idea ever. Highlight of the stay was the amazing staff and always ready to help.

The Istanbul Airport Hilton is an excellent option when you have one night in Istanbul before your next flight, but I wouldn't recommend it if you'll be doing sightseeing in Istanbul, as it's too far from the main attractions (+1 hour by subway to Taksim with one transfer that entails a long walk). It's a little overpriced, I guess because of the convenience of being within walking distance from the terminal. I paid extra for the terminal view, which I later regretted; I expected to have a view of the runways but all I could see was the parking garage of the airport. Otherwise, I was very pleased with that selection for my one-night stay in Istanbul. I should also mention that I left a pair of new headphones in the room. I contacted the hotel and they sent me a simple form to fill out. They responded within hours informing me that the item had been found and they offered me to ship it or pick it up personally. I chose the second option since I will be returning to Istanbul within a few weeks.

The hotel is immaculate being that it is brand new. It’s nice, and convenient to airport but a bit pricey.. there is no direct walkway from the people mover to hotel, I had to lug luggage and pull luggage over curbs to get to front door of hotel( in rain) . Staff seem like they are still figuring things out. The ‘market’ that is usually at these hotels ( grab snack/drink) wasn’t open yet… when I asked does the bar have a coke.. their answer was ‘ not sure’ . I asked if the rooms had snacks/water I could charge to room, they said no. So I was able to buy a water and coke at the bar… only to find 2 free waters in room. The other annoying thing was that there is carpet throughout the hallways which can make pushing your luggage a little difficult. Overall slightly frustrating experience. Hopefully once they work out the kinks.. the experience will be better.
