The two guys we met in the reception area were really very kind and genuine. The rooms were clean however, the way beds have been organised for the family room needs to be dealt with. Other than that the staff people are the amazing.

Family Holiday in Istanbul

We stayed in a four bed room on the 5th floor. The room was clean enough but the workmanship on everything is a bit lacking. The air con could have been more powerful. The bathroom feels a bit dated and cpudndo with some work. The lights in the room are way too bright. The breakfast selection was ok, could have a better selection. The staff are very friendly and attentive and helpful For the price you pay and it's location it is ok

Très mauvais hotel service personnel propreté un hôtel qui t’envoie vers un autre hotel pour manque de chambre avec des cafards dans la douche nous avons quitté l’hôtel 1 jour avant dans la nuit

Nous avons réservé pour l’hôtel grand as à l’arrivée ont nous a dit qu’il n’y avait plus de place les que ils vont nous donner une chambre à 50 mètres de l’hôtel que nous avions réservé qui s’appelle Sirin hôtel voire les photos dommage pour notre argent je ne conseille pas

Otelin persoleni ilgi alakası için teşekkür etmek isterim.Arkadaşlar ilgili alakalı ve yüzleri devamlı gülüyor.Otelin konumu iyi.Ama ne yazikki otelin en büyük sıkıntılarından birisi yatakları eski olduğundan dolayı çok sert ve odalarda ufak tefek tadilatlar yapılması gerekli.

Yatağın birisinde yay sırtımıza batıyordu. Açık büfe kahvaltı iyiydi. Klozet duvarın dibinde, oturmak mümkün değildi. Duş giriş alanı çok küçük, yan durarak girmek zorunda kaldık. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü.
