The room was small, dirty, dark and no maintenance. Lights were.dull and.just hanging. Bed had good mattress but base was collapsed in one corner so mattress sagged at head. Door to balcony had big gap around it, wouldn't open or close. Balcony was cover in bird feather and poo. Not that we could get out anyway. Had to turn off air conditioner because it was so noisy. Carpet was disgusting. Staff were indifferent. The pictures on Wotif aren't the same as the rooms in this hotel. This is the second time we have booked through Wotif in Turkiye and this has happened. Won't be using Wotif to book any hotels in the future. They need to vet their clients better. Very disappointed in the dishonesty of the hotel and Wotif. We don't mind basic accomodation, in fact we normally stay in cheaper places. However being cheap doesn't mean some cleaning and maintenance standard can't be adhered to.

The mould in the shower is inches thick. The skirting boards and cornices are falling off, the air conditioner doesn’t work. Expedia are not helpful at all. The whole experience has been very disappointing

Lovely Hotel

Amazing location close to all Karaköy İstanbul activities and Galata area and Galata new port. Staff polite and friendly. good service I have received there. I stayed one night so I didn't face the hotel bad side. Same as what happened in other three hotels during my long vacation stay.

The guys in the hotel were nice but the hotel is in a bad shape. Comfy bed and luckily a warm duvet, because my room was very cold. On the other hand my friend’s room was too hot. Water may or may not come.

İnternette gözüken odayla hiç alakası yoktu odada havalandırma yoktu temizlik kötüydü balkon kapısı harici cam yoktu. Oda çok küçüktü ve konfor olarak hiç rahat değildi. Catastrophic!

Dirty room, leak in the shower and the sink, small duvet for a double bed, the check in delayed until 2:30 p.m. for cleaning, basically very bad experience given the attitude of the receptionist rather rude and insolent, I do not recommend this hotel to nobody. If they put it on sale on sahibinden it is for a reason !!! Negative charge in all atmosphere😔

Old Hollywood movie Hotel

The lobby of the hotel is hollywood movie memorabilia. The rooms are themed after cities around the world. The bathroom was spacious so was the room. Unfortunately, the room needed some loving, the wall paper was coming down. The bed was missing parts of the headboard, the ceiling had lots of water damage. Overall, it was a good stay, solid wifi.

L'emplacement est bien mais c'est tout!Chambre sale et service décevant !Nous sommes arrivee a l'hotel un samedi et avons constater que il n'y avait pas de chambre lit séparer!Une fois dans la chambre surprise !sole sale mego de cigarettes par terre sale de bain wc sale !Nous avons alors réclamer a l'accueil!On nous a répondu qu'il n'y a pas de femme de ménage le week end 😳😳Foutage de geule complet!J'ai trouver ceci juste inadmissible!C'est scandaleux de payer un hotel pour y séjourner dans du sale!Je devais quitter l'hotel tot le matin 7h.J'ai demander pour le petit déjeuner a l'arriver .On m'a dis de leur prévenir la veille au soir.C'est ce que j'ai fais et cette meme personne m'a répondu qu'il fallait que je leur dise ca avant 4 h et qu'il n'y avait plus de personnel en cuisine,comme s'il ne pouvait pas prendre note!Tres décue de l'hotel et du personnelles!Je n'y retournerais pas et ne gaspillez pas votre argent pour cet hotel qui est d'ailleur a vendre.

Otelin ucuz oluşu değerlendirildiğinde çok ekstra güzel şeyler beklemedim aslında ancak: 1)odaları gerçekten çok çok çok küçük. Oturabileceğiniz bir sandalye, kullanabileceğiniz bir sehpa/masa yok!!!!! 2)Odada sıcak birşeyler içmek için ısıtıcı dahi yok?!!! 3)Sabahları servis edilen kahvaltı vasat.(domates, salatalık, 1 çeşit zeytin, 2 çeşit ucuz peynir, haşlanmış yumurta, çay, kahve ve küçük paket reçeller.( kahvaltı dahil fiyat düşüncesiyle değerlendirme yaparken tekrar değerlendirin derim) 4)banyosu temiz ve yeterli. 5)yetersiz bir mini elbise dolabı 6)Çelik kasa var ama :)

bir daha asla adım atmam,ilk şoku görseldekinden farklı bir odayla karşılaşınca yaşadım sonrasında görseldeki odanin kral dairesi olduğunu söylediler farkını vermek suretiyle odayı vereceklerini söylediler tamam deyip odaya geçtiğimde bir şok daha yaşadım sözde kral dairesi ama klima çalışmıyor odada terlik yok havlular yırtık yerler pis vs. akşam resepsiyondaki kıro nun saygısızlığını dile bile getirmiyorum kısaca uzak durun !!!
