Overall, the hotel was clean, but the mini fridge wasn’t properly cleaned, and the extra bed cover in the closet didn’t look very fresh. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Berat; congratulations on Galatasaray’s win.

Definitely would stay here again. The staff were super easy going and were very patient with us. One thing to note is that they personally don’t offer free breakfast, but their sister hotel does. They are also located in near everything which was super convenient for us because we walked literally everywhere .

We had a good stay at this property for one night. It is very small and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that our room was on the first floor and the front desk was only a few feet away from our door so it was a bit noisy for sleeping. Overall would recommend.

The Staff go beyond the call of duty to help you out. Calling cabs, advising sites and timing etc. It was as if we have permanent travel agent on site. The staffs are active 24/7 ready to serve. Hot Tea and water all free 24/7. We did find our room to be smaller and narrow than what is shown on site.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Sultanahmet. It is a traditional Ottoman style building with big rooms. It is very clean, nicely decorated and staff are amazing. It is very close to historical sites in Sultanahmet and the seaside which is great for exploring the old city walls. I stayed in a famous hotel on the same street a few days ago, which was awful. This one is miles better than that. No breakfast in the hotel but they offer nearby place for a reasonable price. Saying that I enjoy having breakfast in different places near the historical sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested in exploring the main landmarks. And they provide free tea and coffee both in the room and the reception area. It has a garden where you can relax and read your book etc. I loved this place and yes, I would stay again.

We had a group family vacation of 17 people all coming from different countries. We had a total of 5 rooms booked to accommodate. All rooms were clean and spacious. There is a livingroom/salon area for us to sit back and chat in, a huge kitchen that was stacked with everything one would need, and a cute indoor/outdoor seating area. The hotel itself was charming and authentic. The staff were very helpful and accommoding. They even arranged a Bosphorus breakfast cruise for us with transportation. Walkable to the Blue Mosque, Ayasofia, tons of restaurants, the tram, and a 10 min walk to McDonald's and Burger King , which was a blessing for my sometimes picky kids. Our stay at Ferman was pleasant, enjoyable and stress-free. Would highly recommend staying here , especially if travelling with a large group, we had the place to ourselves!

the room feels really small and there's limited space to even put your suitcases down and open them- its a tight squeeze and I find it difficult to justify the price our booking was meant to be city view but it was more so garden view. you cant see the blue mosque from here but you can definitely hear the than there's no lift in the building and the stairs are narrow and winding the hotel itself is located 10mins walk from sultanahmet area (although an uphill walk) Amir on night duty was really helpful in helping us book taxis, arrange for a wheelchair hire for my grandma, help us understand the metro map and even deliver food to the hotel using his app

Me and my friends stayed here for a night . It’s quit sketchy when shuttle cruise around the area coz we arrive around 11pm . The street still have a lot of people walking around But in the morning you will love it! The Hagia Sofia , Basilica Cistern . Blue Mosque & etc is just 4-6 minutes walk . Sultanahmet is one of the oldest district in Istanbul . The room and specially the bathroom was clean .The receptionist ( I forgot their names) these young men were so respectful , accommodating and helpful. The only disadvantage is the stairs is not good for older people and we have to walk about a minute to go to Fermann Hotel for Breakfast. But all in all it’s a good place to stay on a budget.
