Single bed is very small, We got 7 people and stay at room 401 and 402, room 401 is perfectly fitting 2 couple (4 person) and a single person with his own room, Good cleaner clean the room everyday

Good hotel but Small room

Room was a lot smaller compare to the online picture, especially the shower room. The good thing about this hotel is its location, very close to metro. It is very quite, no traffic noise. The hotel also change the towel everyday

Great staff but poor hotel hygiene & maintanence

The location of the hotel is actually very nice It's close to the metro and many central areas. The staff were also very helpful and kind. However, on the second day of my stay, when I returned to the room around noon, I saw one or two bugs on the bed. Since I had just opened the window a few minutes earlier, I assumed they had come from outside and didn’t think much of it. But later that evening, I noticed that there were tiny tiny bugs on the floor around the bed. I immediately called reception and said I wanted to change rooms. The person on the phone was very polite and helpful, and they moved me to a different room. Still, from that point on, I continued my stay feeling very uncomfortable. Since I had already paid for the room and I knew there is no refund policy and I was also on a business trip — I had to complete my stay. Also

Absolutely no! The room service is an app where they deliver the food you have to pay a fee. It’s old very small rooms. My shower had mold and the door knob was coming off.

Scam!! THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS A 4- star hotel!!!!!. The only good thing is the room is big. It is an old building, dust under beds, electric socket came off when tried to take my charger out!! Curtains were loose on one end! Stuff were limited in English! Breakfast was poor, a couple of time the stuff said certain things were finished while still within breakfast time!! NOT SURE WHO PUTS THIS RATINGS FOR HOTELS IN ISTANBUL

Мы остались не очень довольны нахождением в отеле Cumbali. Это максимум 2 звезды, но никак не 4. Было очень грязно, много пыли было в углах и под мебелью. Под кроватями также никто не моет. В номере имеется плита, но никаких приборов, посуды нет, как готовить - не понятно, либо запрашивать каждый предмет, что тоже не логично. Завтраки неплохие, нам понравились, подаются с 8 до 10. Но если вы придете к 8, ни факт, что все будет готово. Из плюсов - хорошее постельное белье, удобные кровати, матрас, просторная комната. Хорошее местоположение, метро в 5 минутах. Рядом много кафешек и магазинов. В общем, в целом было неплохо, но грязно, за что, естественно, и снижено ревью.
