I have stayed here before consistently excellent The gym was basic as expected for hotel. Food is very good ,a little expensive based on local prices ,but good value. Staff are friendly cannot do enough for you ,rooms are comfortable and well appointed

One of the best hotel in Istanbul

One of the most secure and clean hotel i stayed in turkiye. Rooms are very large and soundproof beds are extremely comfy and service is excellent. Hotel manage is super nice and she is one of the best in industry.

The hotel was great, the room was comfortable and the Reception was very good. Only issue we had was the location. It’s on the HWY and not walking distance to any sightseeing places or anywhere.

Although the staff are very nice and helpful, the location of the hotel is inconvenient. It is very difficult to get on the freeway or go to the other side of the freeway. The garage is free and easy to park.

We booked this hotel due to it being very close to the clinics we were using. Hotel clean. Staff helpful. Would be good if the staff would speak better English. Gym needs updating. Breakfast selection compared to other 5stars needs to be looked at. Overall value for money.

Stay was good. Kids enjoyed the pool very much. People smoke it seems everywhere so cigarette smell was an inconvenience. But it is everywhere in the city just not specific to the hotel.

The hotel and staff and cleaning was very good, But when you booked online with experia not showing hotel will give you SET dinner (fixed food) in dinner that was not good. It feels like you are in jail and taking daily same food. But overall Hotel was good.

Best Stuff for enjoy the stay in Quality Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Its go to be my first choice everytime I visit Istanbul. I loved how the stuff was helpfull and their smile everytime. Im specially thankfull to Kadir, Gizem, Selen and Gulsum. They was responsive and quickly to react for our wishes and needs. We loved the breakfast and how the stuff was helpfull there too. I want thank to Gamze for be nice and helpfull for our wishes about the room too. I wish you all a great life for giving such a great time for us.

I do not recommend this hotel if you’re going to be visiting all the main attractions of Istanbul. The hotel is about a 30-40 min drive from where everything is so we found ourselves going back and forth wasting a lot of time commuting. The staff was nice but the water pressure for our shower and sink was terrible. We asked for it to be fixed and after they came it was still not good. Breakfast was good but I would recommend hotels closer, overall not worth it.
