「Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Charmant petit appartement, très propre et accueillant dans un quartier calme en plein centre-ville, avec en plus un petit aménagement extérieur bien agréable en ce mois d’août. Nous y avons passé deux jours sans avoir eu besoin de prendre notre voiture. Tout est à proximité ! Romain est un hôte comme on apprécie : sympathique, à l’écoute et surtout bienveillant. Grace à cette expérience, nous avons pleinement apprécié Bourges et les Berruyers. 」

「We’ve had a fantastic stay at Aux 3 Mailetts! The appartment is very spacious, nicely decorated and well equiped. Host Jean Marc is a lovely person with lots of advice where to go in and around Bourges. And the views at the cathedral are stunning. We for sure will come back! 」

「From the outside it looks like an old building, which made it really surprising entering such a lovely apartment. Whoever decorated this place exemplifies the French panache for style. It felt homely and we each had our own room. Was so relaxing and slept so well.」

「Appartement spacieux et agréable. La boîte de nuit n'est pas très dérangeante (une chambre où l'on n'entend rien). Décoré pour les fêtes, c'était sympa !! Propriétaire très réactif aux demandes et sympathique. L'appartement est en centre ville de Bourges, visites, shopping et restaurants à proximité. J'y retournerai avec plaisir !!」

「Absolument rien à dire de l’emplacement qui est en plein centre ville donc très pratique en revanche l’annonce fait mention de parking or il n’est absolument pas spécifié que ce sont les parkings de villes donc stationnement payant ! L’app」

「La propriétaire s'est montrée très sympathique, résolvant rapidement les problèmes. Le logement était très bien, même si nous ne sommes pas arrivés sous les meilleures conditions météo (alerte rouge canicule), mais des ventilateurs nous ont été prêtés pour que tout se passe au mieux.Le logement est bien équipé et fonctionnel.」

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Pagerie. Idéal pour deux familles. Très calme, jardin clos, barbecue... Tout y est pour passer un séjour au vert! On reviendra avec plaisir!」
