Room was clean. Trying to sleep was difficult. Very noisy with other hotel room doors closing. Lots of loud bangs all night out side the hotel room. Bed wasn't comfortable. The breakfast variety was great. My granddaughters really enjoyed the waffles. Being able to make it themselves was great. Enquired about the 3 night stay and the $50 gift certificate, not realizing that booking 3rd party disqualified me from receiving the gift certificate.

Maureen is so accommodating. I was driving from Alberta and late (GPS kept rerouting me). I called to let Maureen know of my navigation challenge and she was so helpful. She checked in me and waited until I arrived late evening. She's a kind and hospitable host. Thank you!
