Beautiful Wild Dunes tri-level villa, near the beach with updated Kitchen, screened porch, and spacious balcony with lagoon view! Please call vacation planner for discounted monthly pricing October through March.

This three bedroom and four full bath tri-level townhome (no guests above or below) sleeps up to 8, and is just a short walk to the nearest beach access. Centrally located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes in Isle of Palms (across street from tennis/pickleball courts), this villa offers affordable updated accommodations for a small group or family. The two balconies and sun room (windows can open to function as screened porch), offer a waterway view. Bring or rent a bike, and enjoy access to miles of beach and bike paths. In close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, this is a great location to get away and relax. Approximately 3 short blocks from a beach access path, where you can enjoy miles of award-winning white sandy beaches.

Flat-screen Smart televisions (streaming capabilities only, no cable) are provided in the living room and bedrooms. Wireless internet included.

Master bedroom/bathroom renovated July of 2023.

**Wild Dunes Resort Dining, Golf, Pickleball and Tennis are available to the public for applicable fees. * No Pool Access permitted.

* Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed in Wild Dunes.* Low Speed Vehicles are permitted if rented from approved companies (please ask vacation planner), and cannot be parked within garage.

Long Weekend at IOP

We had a great time at the vacation rental for our group of 7. The house was accommodating and spacious, providing plenty of living space for meals, games, and hanging out together. The kitchen was well-stocked, although we didn’t do much cooking. There are two parking spots in the driveway, but be aware that any additional cars will need to park on the street or in the lot across the street. The security staff was understanding and allowed us to bring other cars through when we explained where we were staying, as Island Realty only provides two parking passes. Beach access is about a 5-minute walk, which isn't bad but can be challenging if you have a lot of beach gear. On one trip, we had someone drop two of us off with our beach stuff (bags, coolers, games, chairs, etc.) to make it easier. Note that the listing says it sleeps 8, but the third bedroom has 2 full beds, which might be a tight squeeze for two couples. One person in our group ended up sleeping on the couch, but she said it was comfortable. The beach chairs and boogie board were a nice surprise, and there were other beach items (umbrella, cooler, toys, etc.) that we didn’t use. Overall, we had a great time, and the rental was perfect for our long weekend.

Tennis getaway

The location was great for us (three adult couples) next to the Wild Dunes tennis center. The condo was comfortable for a 4 night stay. The unit was clean, but has a few minor maintenance issues where the back deck should be painted, chaise lounges updated and minor wood repairs, but none of this impaired our stay and the location, kitchen, and sleeping arrangements met our needs well.

Perfect

My wife played in a tennis tournament and the condo was in the perfect location. The mattress in the master bedroom was great. Not a large negative but a few things could have been cleaner: Kitchen oven mitts, shelves in pantry. There is also an odd chunk out of the kitchen floor We would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to enjoy the island

Relaxing back deck on the water!

This was the perfect location and space for us, as the rest of our party was staying at Seagrass. Comfortable living area, dining room and …beds! The kitchen could use a couple additions: a hand mixer (We had 2 birthdays.), sharpened knives, and a non-glass cutting board. Overall, this rental met the needs of our group and we would come again.

Poor check out directions

Everything was fine but the checkout instructions came in an email without letting us know it was coming. As a result we did not follow some of the instructions having already left when we discovered the email. The instructions should have been given to us with the checkin package.

Beautiful place to stay near Charleston

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Was in a nice location, close enough to Charleston to enjoy the city, but out near the coast so we could enjoy that as well. Would stay here again. Stayed comfortably with 6 people. Some basic supplies were pretty meager, like trash bags and dishwasher soap. But when we called to ask for more they brought them.

Good Location - Nice Home (with issues) - Poor Communication - Bring All Supplies

We were 4 adults on a quick 3 night vacation, and very happy with the location when we arrived. We were disappointed that there were no kitchen basics like salt / pepper / coffee filters / oil etc. The basics that a kitchen needs and you wouldn't buy as a visitor (who isn't driving the left overs back home). On the 2nd day when we ran the dishwasher for the first time, the dishes all came out dirty so we tried again and no clean dishes just wet dirty ones. We reached out to property management were initially told that no one was available, but with further conversation were told that someone would come to inspect, which they did, and left a note that it was the motor and there was no resolution so we had to remove all the dirty dishes and wash them. After multiple emails asking for support, we were compensated for this issue, which we appreciated, but that should not have taken so many emails / requests when there was clearly a major problem. The house itself is comfortable and decorated nicely with beach theme. The porch has a nice view of the creek in back. The resort property is also very nice, enjoyed the pools and beach. Highly recommend that you PRE BOOK a golf cart for your stay to get around the resort with ease (and fun) - which we had also emailed the property management about before the trip and had no response.

we enjoyed being close to everything- the pool was across the street, the beach, boardwalk and hotel nearby. Beds were too soft for us. No hair dryers, clocks or clock radios in the bedrooms. When I complained about the lack of hairdryers , the agent from Island Reality brought me his wife's. Sand toys and chairs in the garage

Perfect for families, couples

3br, 4 bath. 2 rooms with private balconies, great sunroom and gathering deck!! Overlooks the lagoons. Large kitchen!! There were 4 adults and two youngsters. We had ample space to have alone time, or be together. Great area. The pool is across the street.

Great Location

Nice spacious 3BR condo 4bath .. Great location great property ! Plenty of space Short walk to beach , swim center pool directly across the street . We really enjoyed the area and the the time we spent there .. My only negative was that no chairs or umbrellas were provided for guest use since we all flew in this was a problem .. Rentals were very expensive !!

Nice townhouse

Updated and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for everyone. Seemed to have everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Recommend replacing the bifold doors on the closet in the master (they won't stay on track) and adding towel rack by sink in master. Thanks for sharing your beautiful little piece of paradise with us!

Our stay was very nice - overall the property was nicely decorated, quiet, close to shops and restaurants. The wild dunes resort was also very well taken care of with nice amenities as well.
