The house is extremely clean. Everything inside is high-end and well-built. The ocean views and pool are even better in person than in the pics. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Incredible House!

Amazing Stay!

This is a magnificent home and we took full advantage of the pool and hot tub in the early morning hours as we watched the sun come up. The kitchen was fully stocked to make amazing meals and we also hired a private chef for our party of 10 on the weekend. This home was built for entertaining and we loved every minute of our stay. When we initially booked this property we didn’t know that the home comes with a concierge. Our concierge, Tyler, was attentive and immediately addressed all our questions. The views of the sea from the living room sliders was absolutely incredible. Our family had an amazing stay and will be back!

10/10 beach house

Each morning your hardest decision will be whether to walk the short private path to the beach, or jump in the pool. This house has it all--sand volleyball, ping pong, pool table, amazing kitchen and games galore! It's in the perfect location, and was large enough to accommodate our large family. Definitely recommend staying at this property!

Perfect Extended Family Trip

First of all, the house was even more gorgeous in person! If you’re looking for a “wow factor,” this is the house for you! We celebrated my husbands 60th with 3 generations. Everyone loved the layout of the house, the privacy of the bedrooms with on suites. the views, and the location! We could not have picked a better place! Tyler, our concierge was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed! He even got balloons, stocked the house with our grocery/ spirits order, helped with reservations, photographer and even a chef to make this birthday celebration the best it could possibly be. Book now! This house/ location is perfect for fun - close enough to Charleston and remote enough to relax on the beach and had incredible concierge service from Tyler. We will be back!

Excellent for older family members

We chose this house for the family atmosphere and elevator which was important for the great grandparents. We had several family members of all ages, and this was a perfect place for us. We walked the beach daily, had a fire in the fire pit, played on the back lawn (children learning to play T-Ball), collected sea shells, and grilled steaks for a birthday dinner. Overall, there was plenty of space and the elevator in conjunction with the master on main with a walk/roll in capable shower (no grab bars) with a bench was what my grandfather needed who uses a Walker. An incredible set of memories for the week we spent here leading up to our cousin’s wedding.

Beautiful Vacation Home inside and out!

This is a beautiful well equipped, perfect location vacation home. The owners thought of everything just right. Each room has it's own bathroom, pool table room, bonus hang out room up stairs, "2" washers/dryers, huge entertaining kitchen area, pool/hot tub volley ball court, and fire pit...right on the beach. Perfect! Tyler, was available anytime needed. Best concierge! There was nothing bad to say about this house...just want to point out how wonderful Tyler was with communication...the blender didn't work and he had a new one delivered to the house within a few hours. Spot on! This property is worth every penny! You will not be disappointed! Hope to be back!

Spectacular 4 day birthday party highlighted by all the property had to offer.

I had high expectations for this home and it exceeded expectations. Tyler was always available to answer any questions. Sonos was a little tricky but that may have more to do with the user's limitations... Beautiful home and setting and our whole crew took full advantage!

perfect for large groups

Not only was the house beautiful and location private and perfect, the house was very well appointed with everything necessary! None of us wanted to leave! This home is perfect for one or two families traveling together or several adults. Tyler was easily accessible via text, email, or phone and made our stay very easy. Beautiful House Hot Tub Has Issues

I stayed with 7 other girlfriends at this property. It’s absolutely gorgeous and leads out to a nice beach. The hot tub never got hot though after several daily communications and attempts by the property manager. It was finally fixed on the last dat but then was too hot to get in so basically useless. Overall the house was a great with just a few minor issues. If you don’t care about the hot tub, it is a great place to stay.

Beautiful house; Great location!

The house itself is beautiful- everything we wanted & needed. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that were very frustrating. The pool heater & the hot tub heater never worked properly. This went on for the first 3 days. The final solution was to heat only one at a time so we were always waiting for the opposite to heat up. The Sonos system never worked (no music) & the WiFi is non existent. Those who needed to check into work had a terrible time trying to get on their computer as well as tv was always cutting out. These are problems we addressed with Tyler, but they were never fixed during our week long stay. We had a stormy night & the doors in the 2 master bedrooms kept blowing open because they didn’t close properly which scared us in the middle of the night. The bike chains holding the doors closed didn’t work - but we finally realized why they were on the doors. We also got there on a Tuesday to find the garbage cans overflowing with garbage. It was severely overflowing at the end of our week stay to the point that it stunk - gross & unsanitary. The house is a definite 5 star vacation rental. My suggestion to the property owner would be to go visit your property. It’s a shame when such a beautiful property starts to show wear - lightbulbs missing/burnt out, door knobs ripped off doors, doors broken, floors completely scratched from the chairs having no pads, etc. I would recommend this house - hopefully someone will read this & take care of the issues I stated.

Amazing Stay!

We had a wonderful time on our stay. The house and view are even better than the pictures! The home was very clean and well-stocked with the essentials. Tyler made check in seamless and had the garage open for us on arrival since it was raining. We had one minor issue with heating the spa, but someone was sent out right away to help us with it. We highly recommend this home and hope to be back soon!
