Here, the rhythm of the Atlantic becomes your soundtrack, and each day begins with golden sunrises and ends with glowing sunsets over Historic Charleston. This fully renovated coastal escape offers one of the most iconic locations on the island, blending breathtaking views, effortless beach access, and the unmatched amenities of the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk.

The Home
“Sandy Toes” is the cornerstone of the Boardwalk Community and was once the original model home for Wild Dunes Grand Pavilion. Positioned where the island gently bends southwest, this remarkable location delivers panoramic views of the Sullivan’s Island Lighthouse, Isle of Palms, and even the entrance to Charleston Harbor.
Each evening, your family will gather on the oceanfront deck or living room patio to watch the sky come alive with color as the sun sets behind Historic Charleston — a signature Lowcountry experience that never grows old.
From the living room patio, step directly into the Grand Pavilion Sunset Pool, one of only two oceanfront pools on the Boardwalk. Just beyond, you’ll find seasonal restaurants, bar service, shopping, and ice cream — all within steps of your front door. The beach itself is only a dozen steps away.
Inside, the home offers four spacious bedrooms and a bright, open living space — all with ocean views. Recent renovations include:
• Brand-new kitchen
• All new master bathroom
• Shiplap living room ceiling
• Custom dining bench seating
• Stainless steel appliances throughout
The décor is coastal, calm, and inviting — designed to feel both elevated and effortlessly comfortable.

When you stay seven nights, Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company provides:

Wild Dunes does not have a central resort pool for all visitors. Most neighborhoods and villa communities have their own private pool for guests staying in that specific area. Please note that the pools at the Hyatt Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and the Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved exclusively for Hyatt hotel guests and are not available to vacation rental guests.
