  • Spacious, classic, older style 7 bedroom/4 bath beach home located across the street from the beach with ocean views. Key Features include: large private pool with pool furniture and privacy fence surrounding the entire back yard, outdoor beach shower, large second floor sundeck, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, cable television, WiFi, ceiling fans in every bedroom, outdoor gas grill (propane tanks may be exchanged at Island Realty office during normal business hours), and a custom made regulation size billiard table is located between the dining area and the living room.

    Fireplace is not for guest use. Linens included. No smoking. Dogs allowed with $200 non-refundable fee (Max. 2 dogs).

    *This is a Saturday – Saturday rental from 5/31/25 to 8/16/25; 3 night minimum in offseason.*

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed there were many things to do inside the house such as games, pool table,books to read. A nice living room where everyone could gather. The house was very conveniently located clean and beautifully decorated. It was a delightful place to stay and so close to the beach.

Amazing Stay!

This was a great place for my family to stay. We were in SC for a family wedding. The location was perfect, right on the beach & the house had everything we needed - it was exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home has seven bedrooms and we needed them all. The second floor living room, dining room, kitchen area was our gathering place. We used the backyard a bit during the day. The first night we cooked on the outdoor grill. I enjoy an outdoor shower and this place has one. The younger people in our group walked to the bars and restaurants. Beach access is directly in front of this property. The kitchen had what we needed. We called Island Realty for more towels and they provided them promptly. My entire group had only positive things to say about the house. I highly recommend it!

Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious however the bathrooms could use a makeover. Pool is very nice, need a new table for the pool area. Front porch is very spacious but gets very hot when sun in shining on you. May need a roof or some umbrellas for that. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

Family vacation rental dream

The fridge was not making ice and the pool kept getting cloudy and the filter didn't run correctly. Maintenance dropped off a counter top ice maker and sent the pool company out several times. Everyone came pretty quick and tried to rectify the issues. None if these things made our vacation any less fun. I would highly recommend this property and Island Realty.

House had plenty of space for a large family and super access to the beach. My only complaint is very minor. I'd like to see more shelf space and towel hooks in the bathrooms. I'd highly recommend the house to anyone and I'd highly recommend Island Realty. I've used them probably 15 times and never had an issue one time.
