Working elevator, hot tub, and wonderful media room.

If you like soaking in a hot tub with a pleasant view followed by an evening watching movies, you will like this place. The media room was particularly nice - 8 recliner chairs, 4 banked higher than the other 4, nice TV. Also there were nice outdoor chairs on two decks and beautiful views. It was a good place for a friend reunion.

Family Christmas Week

Great house for our family group of 11 (adults and teens)!Very close to the beach and Isle of Palms/Charleston areas. Plenty of room with amenities - pool/hot tub, spa, sauna, Volleyball sand court, elevator, grill, porches/decks ...Carolina One responded very quickly and successfully to issues we had with one toilet, the grill and the elevator.We had a great week and would hope our next visit to Isle of Palms could be in the same house.

Great Beach house stay with friends!

5 couples stayed for 4 day weekend at this property - overall a fantastic stay! Great location and within walking distance to beach, bars & a few restaurants. Only negatives were drain in primary bedroom bath didn’t drain well & some beds were small for 2 people.

Amazing house

This was a perfect follow up to our stay in the city. The spacious house has everything you could want and the media room is fantastic. Beach is beautiful and great for walking! Just perfect.

Wonderful family vacation

The property is in an excellent location with very short beach access and great water views from the open deck on the fourth floor. Movie theater was enjoyed by my grandchildren and the house was very clean and well maintained. Some very minor issues were responded to quickly. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation.

Location Location Location!

The house was right next to the beach access. It couldn't have been more convenient. We have young children, so the pool and hot tub at the house was a major plus as well. You could also walk to local restaurants and the grocery store. The gourmet kitchen was an added bonus. We'll be back!

Great spot

Our family loved this house. Close walk to beach and still able to see the waves from the deck. Elevator made it easy for older family members, too. I highly recommend.

Great Family vacation house and location. But rental charge increased over 60% for future.

Rental charges have exploded even more than last year. We would repeat our stay for 2023 if the rate was reasonably maintained from our week of June, 2022 stay, but in checking advertised total rental costs for The same time in 2023, they are now quoted at more than 50% higher. House is 2 rows back from ocean. Good breeze, especially in evening. Loved the pool and upper roof deck. Elaborate tv room needs instructions to operate. We therefore barely used the screening room. The living room sofa has a solid wooden base with cushions that are sagging and over used. Even with new cushions, the ungiving wooden frame does not feel remotely comfortable and this sofa is in the main living area where multiple people will want to sit in relative comfort.

Girls getaway

This property was wonderful! There are more than enough chairs on the deck, several that are lounge-type chairs, and it made for a very comfortable place to spend afternoons hanging by the pool. We loved being able to sit on the deck and watch people coming in from the beach and it was a quick two-minute walk and we had our toes in the sand. There were 10 of us on this trip and we all slept very comfortably. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. I would highly highly recommend this location as a great place to stay and will definitely be remembering it the next time we come into town!

Amazing!!

This was our first Vrbo experience and it exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, as well as the amenities. We had a problem with the hot tub, and the management co went out of their way to get it fixed. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone and everyone, and are already looking to book it again next year!

Amazing property directly across from Beach Access

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It has everything that a family or large group could need and the location can not be beat. It has Ocean views from both the pool deck (2nd floor patio), 3rd floor balcony, and the roof observation deck. We had every intention of using the home theater (brought DVDs with us), but didn't need to, since we had perfect weather during our stay and spent all of our time on beach, on the pool / spa deck, or on the roof top in the evenings. Thank you Carolina One (and the Property owner) for taking such good care of this property - and making our stay enjoyable & memorable!

Getting dated

Nice property both size and location, 2 min walk to beach roofdeck is great,, pool is small but works. Only issue is owner is not maintaining. AC upstairs in master doesn't keep up, about ~78 degrees on hot days. None of the drains in the bathrooms worked properly. TVs and electronics are all dated, media room is hard to get running. Spa broke and took 2 days to get a response from the mgmt company, owner eventually came out and fixed. We would stay again, but for the price charged should not have to deal with these issues.

Family and Friends for a 60th Birthday Week!

Great amenities! Lots of room to move around. Theater room, rooftop deck, pool, spa tub, sauna, all well proportioned. Elevator makes the hauling of luggage and groceries much easier!
