Located just 2 blocks from the beach and 20 minutes from downtown Historic Charleston, this home has the feel of an old-time beach house with modern luxuries. This home has Great Amenities including a large pool , NEW roof top deck, Wifi and 4 TV's. There are two full bathrooms and an outdoor hot & cold shower. . The large front porch has and extra dining table that is expandable and a futon for sleeping or just reading. Enjoy cool ocean breezes and views from the roof top. Great location, so close to the beach, lots of great restaurants nearby. It was so cold for the pool but we got a lot of use out of the jacuzzi.

Great location

Great location to beach. 5 minute walk at max. Great pool area and rooftop deck. The house is old with great character. My only complaint is one bathroom needs an update of bathtub / shower and shelving to put items. The other bathroom is great and modern.

Perfect getaway!

The Bungalow was the perfect getaway! Even though it was March and the weather was a little cool, we still enjoyed the beach, walks in the neighborhood, visited downtown Charleston, and shopped in Sullivans Island. The owner was wonderful and helpful to make our stay enjoyable.

first vacation in five years

the property was fantastic....close enough to walk to the beach and fun enough to relax throught out our stay....the only down side was that the front door sometimes would not unlock and the if you have light colored hair be ready for it to be lovely shayed of greenish blue....however that happens with pool water and blonde hair.....other than that would diffently stay again

Family spring break

Our family of 10 had a fantastic spring break on this property. The pool and deck were amazing and you are just a short walk to the beach. The house is older but everything was clean and organized. Pool was fantastic and the deck was amazing to use for views. The hot tub wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but John took care of the issues quickly and was always there to respond. We had a great trip, would stay again

We were in town for a regatta and loved staying here with the crew!! Backyard pool and tub was awesome! And a great location! Will definitly be back next time we are in town!

Great house in an excellent location

The description of the house was spot on and we had a great time at the house with no difficulties or concerns at all. Neighborhood was very quiet and the beach was closer than expected. The owner was very responsive and we would happily stay here again if we travel back to the Charleston area.

Awesome time

We had so much-needed fun and our stay provided that for us. Local food was excellent as well as the city market in downtown Charleston. We did awesome tours of sights with a lot of history. We enjoy the beach as well as the pool. Overall, our stay was great

Great Beach Stay

We had a wonderful time at the beach. Owner is very responsive to any needs that we had. Beach is close and the pool was wonderful. Only advice to future renters is to realize this is a beach house that is older. We had a great stay and loved the location.
