Welcome to this very spacious, updated tri-Level Villa in the heart of Wild Dunes overlooking the pool and spectacular Ocean Views! You are only steps away from the community pool and the beach. Three Bedrooms, 3.5 baths and two decks with great views. This is the perfect condo, with its open plan design for family gatherings or if you wish to spend a month or two during the winter when it's too cold up North. You cannot beat the location. You will find it is less than 30 minutes from Charleston Airport and downtown Charleston where you will find world class restaurants, galleries and constant events and entertainment. Amenities include Large screen ROKU TV in the Living Room, Washer/Dryer, TVs in each bedroom, Tile floors throughout, Cable TV & Flat Screens in each room, DVD, DVR, DVD collection, board games. Extra Half Bath on first floor which is not available in similar units. Beautifully landscaped complex w/access to community pool and charcoal grills. Linens and Amenities are Included. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

**Please note that this property does not have access to the Wild Dunes pool or Gym - only the Mariners Walk pool**

Property not as listed

The condo was not as listed. There were broken floor tiles, the master bathroom toilet is very loose and wobbles badly, the condo is in need of drywall work and paint, also the kitchen is not stocked well at all, there were only around 6 glasses and very little forks and spoons, after walking thru the first floor with now shoes on my white socks were black on the bottom, not clean at all. When we arrived on Thursday afternoon the 2nd and 3rd floor were pretty hot, we figured it would cool off by the time we got back from supper, when we got back it was even warmer and the thermostat on the and floor was flashing “filter”. We called the after hours maintenance number and received a call back from the renting agent saying they would send someone the next day. We all slept on the 2 couches on the first floor, it was way to hot to sleep in the bedrooms. This should have been addressed before we arrived. The hvac guy came out Friday morning , turns out the thermostat was bad and had to be replaced. Great guy. It’s pretty bad to spend this amount of money and have to sleep on the couches because the AC doesn’t work. We would definately not recomend this property. Lot of money for a unkept rental.

Girls trip

Very spacious place with great accommodations and amazing view. Very convenient location, everything you need is very close. I definitely will consider to stay in this property again. Me , my daughters and friends had a great time!

Great beachfront property!

The condo was clean and well cared for. Nice to have great pots and utensils to cook breakfast and dinner sometimes. Pools was really nice and beach was beautiful. Nice to be just a short drive into Charleston. Very comfortable for 5 adults. Highly recomend!

Great location

The condo is in a great location, with easy access to the beach. The property company was great to work with too. We loved our week there! The condo does feel a little “worn”- cracked kitchen tiles, small holes in the wall, scuff marks on walls, etc, but is a rental so can somewhat be expected.

Great Location, Very nice Condo

The Condo is in a great location with access to the beach, pool at the end of Isle of Palms. Check in was easy and the condo easily slept our 8 adults. My only complaint would be that there should be more forks and knives than just 8.

Great Isle of Palms Location

We very much enjoyed our stay on Isle of Palms! Island Realty handles the check-in and paperwork and they were very easy to work with and have great communication. The condo is in a great location just steps from the beach and it and all of the facilities on the property are well maintained. Our only issues were that the floors were still a bit sandy when we checked in (although not surprising given the proximity to the beach) and there was no dining table in the unit at the time we stayed. Otherwise we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prior to arrival I called and specifically asked about the cleaning. When we arrived we had to have maintenance called bc of finding a broken screen door as well as annoying noise that was coming from fridge. They did fix the problem after several hours of not knowing. We also did receive compensation for the inconvenience. I learned that this particular unit doesn't use IR cleaning people. Other issues we had was that several high touch areas weren't clean. Found pills in one of the bathrooms and soap scum and hair. The first night I was cleaning the unit at 10:00pm. Not something I really wanted to be doing. Apparently, the cleaning people forgot to put up shower curtains in 2nd floor bathrooms. Showed up morning of our 2nd day and proceeded to walk right in when we didn't answer the door fast enough. The microwave was also not working very well. All items were brought up. IR did address and took care of everything. Just wasn't what we were expecting. All in all we did enjoy our 1st trip to IOP the beach was amazing. We won't rent this unit again but will give IR another chance to rent another place in the future.

Reviewer Comments: Island Realty was very accommodating and gracious during the several hiccups and mishaps with our rental. The Mariners Walk pool and beach access are great. This unit is fine but definitely “worn”. If you are a Westin/Marriott/Ritz person this might be a tough stay. More of a Holiday Inn/Hampton Inn type of accommodations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in an excellent location and we enjoyed the pool and the easy beach access. The layout of the home is very good for a two-family vacation. The kitchen is nicely done and laundry is convenient. Our primary disappointment was in the general condition of the interior. The bathrooms in particular are grungy and in need of upgrade. The property was also not as clean as we would have expected upon arrival. It did not appear that the floors had been cleaned in some time. The showers also needed better cleaning. The management company was professional and pleasant to work with (we did not report any concerns during our stay). All in all, it's a good experience, just in need of bathroom upgrade and better cleaning.
