The large private porch is not only the perfect place for reading a book or enjoying your morning coffee, but it also provides direct beach, creating an ideal coastal sanctuary. With no elevators and no need to navigate around a building to reach the ocean, you and your family can seamlessly enjoy the beach for hours on end - a quick snack or a cold drink from inside is just steps away!

The living area of 11B Mariners Walk features comfortable furnishings with gorgeous floors and a newly installed shiplap, presenting the look and feel of a classic beach home. The kitchen is well equipped with coastal blue island cabinetry and pendant lights over the bar area. The spacious primary bedroom is located upstairs. It features a king bed, and offers views of both the communal swimming pool complex and the ocean! Additional bedding is offered in the living area with a sleeper sofa.

Additional Amenities Include:
• High-speed internet with Wi-Fi.
• Full-size washer and dryer.
• Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo, and paper products.

11B Mariners Walk is a short walk from the Links Golf Course, which features a restaurant in the Pro-shop. The Sand and Sea Day Spa and several additional restaurants are also a short walk away. Bike paths are a fun way to explore the Wild Dunes and the Isle of Palms. Coastal Retreat makes bike rentals easy to coordinate with your $250 beach gear credit.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Mariners Walk pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Mariners Walk pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

*Parking Details:*
- There is one designated spot and then one first come first serve spot for the guests at this unit.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

We always enjoy staying on the Isle of Palm with an Ocean view. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Note that the one bathroom is upstairs. There is not much storage space for two adults in the bathroom, but plenty everywhere else like the dresser drawers and walk in closet. The screened in porch with sofa and chairs leads right onto the walkway to the beach. Owner even supplies beach chairs and umbrella. Management company responds to any issues very quickly.

Location was great. Perfect beach access and ocean view. Great furnishings. Great starting supplies like paper towels, soap, and even spices. Kitchen supplies slightly limited such as glasses, but appliances are good. One location, near dining table, has floor material coming loose. We had bedroom windows open at night with AC turned off. The wind blew a faulty window screen out of the window during an evening of very high winds. Great internet speed for performing online meetings. The ROCU tv kept dropping the connection to the internet. As an electrical /computer engineer I reset the tv each time. This happenened about 4 or 5 times during the day. Finally I reset the modem and router near the end of our stay. That seemed to have fixed the issue. Mobile phone signsal is weak. Could not make calls from condo unless calling via internet. All things considered, we would stay here again in future. Oh, we had an F150. It was nearly impossibe to park in the designated space in front of the unit but alternate spaces were available.

The condo is well outfitted with starter supplies and nicely decorated. however the recliner chair was broken before our arrival and though reported upon our arrival our report of this and other issues weren’t followed up. Sleeper couch needs cleaning along with carpet and mattress replacement on sofa, outdoor cushions need cleaning. The kitchen, condo and linens are well stocked, but would recommend a larger cutting board than the cheese size. Also was not convenient to have to return pool pass especially when we didn’t use it, but even after we did as instructed and put it in the drop box and before 8am on check out day, they called us around 11:30 to have us return it, she was nice but said they’d look for it in box. It would be better to have way to return it in the unit or deny it if know you aren’t going to use it. We had contact with the owners prior to our arrival and they were pleasant and accommodating. Our family enjoyed our stay in this nice Mariners Walk unit, thank you.

This was an amazing condo with perfect location just between the beach and the pool! The condo was super clean and nice, updated appliances, had all of the kitchen utensils needed to make breakfast/lunch/dinner. We all had a great time and I would definitely return to this property again!

Well equipped compact house with view of ocean over the dunes from the screened in porch. Loved good beach access. We would have appreciated a ground floor bathroom. Helpful person at rental property. It would be good to have a set checkin time prior to the day of arrival.

Very pleased with our stay. No significant surprises. Front porch and view makes the unit. Spent many hours relaxing there looking at the ocean. Furniture in living room and porch are different than the pictures but no complaints. Mattress overlay on the bed was comfortable. Had to call maintenance for a broken toaster and slow tub drain. New toaster delivered within hours on Sunday and drain problem also resolved quickly. So A+ on responsiveness. Beach equipment was better than expected with 2 functional beach umbrellas, 3 usable beach chairs and a rolling beach caddy to haul stuff. Glassware was very mixed and borderline lacking. Overall, rented it for the view and access to the beach and was exceptionally pleased.

The property was as described, we loved having the screened porch, esp with the tropical storm that rolled thru. We had pretty much all we needed, appreciated the cleaning/laundry supplies but feel coffee filters should be provided if there isn't a pod. This condo was in a great location to get to the beach easily. We did hear noise from the unit connected to ours but not too bothersome. The foam pad on the bed was too squishy and we ended up taking it off for the week and that was much more comfortable . Overall very satisfied, we have stayed in many properties over the years at wild dunes and this is one of the better units -do miss communicating thru an actual owner, not a realty company, but the booking process was easy, good communication from rental company-just not very personal. Also don't care for the trend of tacked on charges that come up when booking, they should be included in the initial pricing. We were able to get in a little early, but another issue with the realty company saying check-in AFTER 4pm, if we are expected to check OUT by 1000, property should be ready BY 4pm.

Absolutely perfect location - the condo was extremely clean and well maintained. Could not have been better - a total gem. If I had one suggestion it would be to provide a couple of beach-safe plastic cups - we bought some because we were afraid to take glassware on the beach. We had a terrific trip - exceeded expectations!

Overall the property was well maintained with a fantastic view. However, we ha few suggestions to make the next visit more comfortable- add pot holders, during the warmer months maintain the temperature at 68 degrees due to warm air rising upstairs, have a broom available for visitors to sweep the porch.. it was a nice relaxing vacation.

The location of this unit was unbeatable! Proximity to the beach was a priority for us because our 11 month old did not need to be in the sun for extended periods and we prefered to have him nap inside. The place was very clean and nicely decorated as well! Our favorite part of the space was the screened in porch. The furniture was so comfortable and the views were spectacular. As you can imagine we were up early vacationing with a baby, so we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the porch with coffee in hand each morning. It's also worth mentioning that Beachside Vacations manages this property and they were extremely responsive during our stay. There were only two things that we were able to figure out on our own: the temperature upstairs & opening the back sliding door. We found that the combination of keeping the bathroom door open and turning on the ceiling fan helped cool off the bedroom without turning the living area into an icebox. The sliding back door just needs to be lifted before moving the locking mechanism. Overall our stay was nearly perfect! It was our first vacation as a whole family and having such a lovely place to stay was a huge reason for its success!

I have been bringing my daughter to while dunes for the past 17 years, and this was the first time we have stayed in Mariners Walk. We absolutely loved this villa! The location was fantastic, the view was gorgeous, and the convenience of walking right out from our villa to the beach access walkway with all of our gear was new for us and now we are spoiled!
