As soon as you walk in, the view captures your attention. The fresh décor creates an ambiance that's perfect for a beach escape. It’s time to unwind and enjoy your stay!
    Living Area:
    The living room has plenty of comfortable seating to relax and gaze out to sea. For those rainy days, you can cuddle up and watch a movie on the large TV.
    Dining:
    The dining table seats four guests. There also bar stools so you can hang out with the chef at the breakfast bar.
    Kitchen:
    The fully renovated and modern kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The ocean view makes it a delight to prepare a meal. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
    Bedroom:
    Soft decor and a king size bed create a tranquil atmosphere to promote relaxation and peaceful sleep.
    Bathroom:
    1 full bathroom with a tub and shower combination

    Outdoor Space:
    Private deck overlooking the beach. Enjoy a morning coffee or a cool drink in the evening, while enjoying the sights and sound of the ocean.

Location to beach was great, beach was very private. Noise above unit was the only real issue. You could hear every foot step. Pool was very nice.

The unit was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. The beach directly behind the unit is minimal, but 50 yards down it opens up to plenty of beach. This may not be important to all, but the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

This is a beautiful condo. Spacious, very tastefully decorated and a well-stocked kitchen.Wild Dunes is a lovely community with gorgeous homes and landscaping,, bike paths, and tennis courts.There are a few things I would improve, however. There is only one large sharp knife, and no coffee maker. Tons of other gadgets, but only a keurig for coffee. And no pods provided. It would be nice to have a starter set or at least a note in the instructions; when you arrive late you cannot go back out to the grocery store to get coffee supplies. And whenever I bring some, it's always the wrong type of pod.The insulation isnot great, so you will hear the toilet flushing, the shower, and the people upstairs. But this is to be expected in a first floor unit.There is no beach in front of this property, as it has all eroded. The beach is in fact quite narrow for a ways south, so finding a spot at high tide is challenging. There is a reclamation project that looks like it will reach Seagrove soon. The area to the left of the condo is under construction and they have made the beach quite wide.Once the beach is fixed, I would stay here again if I was looking for a 1-bedroom condo
