「Very cozy!」

「Nicely decorated and clean rooms. Great common area for breakfast and coffee. Nice deck to sit out on and relax. Walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, night-life.....」

「The place was very clean. It was strange, though, that the unit did not have its own separate thermostat. You had to contact the owner to have the unit temperature changed. The location was very convenient to retail and restaurant establishments. The place was quaint. For the price this was a nice place. We are just used to staying in better places.」

「I loved the bed so much, I was so comfortable」

「Centrally located making it easy to go in all directions without complications. A/C works great and the ceiling fan worked well too.」

「It was nice having a parking space . I would have loved a patio area to enjoy the outdoors when we came home each day . The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was well stocked」

「Overall a great place! Very close to folly beach or Charleston!」

「The accommodations were exactly what we anticipated. We had a blast!」

「This tiny house was just as described. Clean and located close enough to everything if you’re good with a little longer walk. It is small and perfect for 2 people. Communication was prompt and easy to reach by computer and phone. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「Lots of space. Good location. It’s three separate spaces, and two out of three were very clean. The two-bedroom connected to the main home was in need of a deep cleaning. It was also disappointing that the hot tub did not work. The owner was kind and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall it was a nice stay. Very private and lots of room. Good location. Easy to come and go. Paying 5k for three nights felt a little steep, but maybe that’s just Charleston summertime prices.」
