Book the place and stay at one of the best places you can find.. Uig Bay Cottage is attractive inside and out having been built and finished to a very high standard. Built in 2017, you’d be forgiven for thinking Uig Bay Cottage was a traditional Hebridean dwelling. It’s so tastefully done.
Accessed by its own driveway, pulling up and getting out the car will trigger a rather special feeling of being in awe. The cottage is a cracker, and it looks even better for its position and jaw-dropping surroundings. It’s even better than the photos. Uig Sands is right below the cottage and the beach ranks amongst the best in Europe and the world.
Entering the property you’ll fall for the place even more. Stylish with classic taste and luxurious throughout. The living/kitchen enjoys a wood burner and patio doors out to decking that overlooks the sands. There’s a separate dining room that again enjoys spectacular views of sands and hills. The bedroom is a lovely space and enjoys an en-suite shower room. There is also another bathroom with a bath.
Once you arrive at Uig Bay Cottage you won’t want to leave. However, Lewis & Harris are a special place with world renown sites that you simply have to visit.
