The house has so much character, it feels like home. We enjoyed the space and were very comfortable with 12 adults and three kids age 6 months - 4 years old. You cannot beat the view and beach access! 」

「We loved the location. It was so nice to be right on the beach and it is your own private beach. As a bonus there was a nice bucket of beach toys the kids really loved. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies one would need. There are puzzles and games, mega blocks for little kids. The home is on a private road but if walking/running or bike riding you can easily access the bike path in Colchester. The house is definitely rustic, but we got that from the photos and expected it...
