"We received a warm welcome upon arrival.we arrived at 12:15pm so we were early and not able to access our room which is not the resorts fault. However there was no area to change and temporary storage or changing area so my grandsons could swim and the restaurants didn't open until 1pm. The staff in the restaurants continuesly mixed up our food orders, they brought adult meals before the children and were argumentative when mentioned the service errors. Lastly, the quality of the food was extremely substandard especially for a resort of this caliber and the prices charged We enjoyed the room and the pool, however I would encourage travelers to consider other rrsorts in the arra for a better overall experience. "

"This hotel is nice, it is located near restaurants and shops. It is right on the beach but the beach in paracas is nasty so it isn't a place to enjoy the ocean. Nice beaches are in the reserve. The staff is friendly and helpful. I stayed in their new private accommodations slightly off site and they were great."
