Very clean facilities, kind and welcoming staff and BEAUTIFUL location.
Sunset views are extraordinary, bathrooms and showers are great for a campground and food available for purchase certain hrs.
We rented the king sized bed tent, the mattress was really soft and you sunk in a little bit but once I turned around on the mattress it was much less sink-y.
Overall a great experience. Would go again.
Short drive to Yellowstone.
Great fire pits and picnic tables for community use. Very happy with my 2 night stay.
This was perfect for me and my wife since we wanted to camp but flew in and didn't want to travel with all the camping stuff. Camp was friendly and tent was great. Bed was great.
We had lows in high 40s low 50s and didn't use a heat because the blankets will keep you warm all night.
Will be back!
Great location and cool concept. 20 mins from West Yellowstone, however as of Aug 2026 they are doing some major roadwork between Wander and West Yellowstone so plan accordingly. Tents and beds are super comfy. Property is very accommodating. There is a herd of very friendly a curious cows that often come in from the field to say hello. Heads up that the property is at the end of a very poorly maintained dirt road. Highly suggest an SUV or other high clearance vehicle if you're renting a car. Bathrooms are lever showers, but they were clean and functional.
Guys be out in the open without worrying setting up any tents they have the yurts up and clean ready for you. They have a nice picnic area activity center plus they have a little convenient store at the property amazing views in the evening and a nice place to wake up to witness the sunrise.

The tent bed was the most comfortable thing i have slept on! the bedding was so soft and clean! The bathrooms were also VERY clean and close! i will definitely be staying again!
What an incredible location and set up. I'm not totally sure what I was expecting, but this far exceeded anything I had envisioned. We stayed two nights in a three bed tent. We arrived around dusk after a full day exploring Yellowstone and were met by the friendliest team at registration and a few cows! The kids were thrilled with the accommodations -- comfortable beds, great bedding (including down comforters), two chairs and a couple of wooden folding trays.
Be prepared to make friends with your fellow campers near the fire pits and picnic area... Also be prepared, this location has cows grazing in the area -- we loved hearing them while in our tents and watching them graze... Made the kids feel like real cowboys!
This is definitely a premium glamping location, but you should know you're still glamping! Bathrooms and shower facilities are in the center of the camp ground (an easy walk from the tents). There were plenty of toilet and shower facilities for the amount of campers. Hot water is a little sporadic, but we were able to shower without an issue (albeit we took short showers to conserve the campground's water supply).
When asking the kids about their favorite parts of our multi-day Yellowstone/Grand Teton National Parks adventures, they all agreed Wander Camp was the #1. We've talked about visiting other national parks, but they really only want to come back to Yellowstone primarily to go back to Wander Camp.

A must stay! Camping without the need to supply your own tent or sleeping on the floor. Beautiful views, quiet location, clean facilities.

It's a unique place, close to Yellowstone. Meals weren't much so we drove into town for a nice meal by the lake.

Lovely
Wander camp was absolutely beautiful! It was easy to find, clean, and the campsite managers were incredibly friendly! They have food and firewood for purchase at special times of the day and shared fire pits for use. We really enjoyed our stay!
Amazing loved this place. The views were amazing the bed was SO COMFORTABLE. It was easy to find, great communication and very sanitary. If going during cold months…don’t worry the beds are so warm.

We had a great stay at Wonder Camp. The tent was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The shared washrooms were also super clean and well-kept, which made the stay even better.
The camp is located near the mountains of Yellowstone National Park, surrounded by beautiful nature. It was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after exploring the park.

Doing a cross country road trip and wanted to do some sort of camping like thing while near yellow stone! This place was great, off the grid but with amenities and a grill that’s open 7-9 for breakfast and serves dinner until 9 pm!
