Welcome to HeartofMorada!

Step into a private world in Islamorada's most coveted location. Heart of Morada sits in Coral Cove — a gated community of just 8 homes — giving you a private heated saltwater pool with waterfall, your own boat dock with electric and water hookups, and near-exclusive use of a second community pool and fire pit with sweeping sunset views.

Guests regularly paddleboard with manatees right off the dock each morning, and fall asleep to the sound of live music drifting over from Lorelei next door. This is the Florida Keys experience that gets people talking.

★ DOG-FRIENDLY HOME ★
Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They'll enjoy and run around the patio outdoors while you relax in the pool. A $350 dog fee applies.

★ NO SMOKING ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home or community! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ BOOKING ★
A signed rental agreement and a security deposit are required for booking, and follow Airbnb and VRBO policies.

★ OUTDOOR CAMERAS ★
3 cameras outside the property protect the driveway/rear gate where amenities are provided, the top floor out to the street, and the front door. The footage is only reviewed if there is any issue reported.

Mark as host was excellent, both in the planning for our visit and during our time in Heart of Morada. But we did not need much host assistance during the stay, as the house was very well equipped and the amenities were exactly as advertised.

Everything was as stated. Did not realize there were only two parking places. Added stress. Had to pay for additional parking off site. I feel the property is best suited for two couples and possibly kids. No seating for six either inside or outside. Mark was very responsive to the parking issue to no avail. Most likely will not be considered for future stays.

Lovely Stay in Islamorada

Heart of Morada is in a perfect location, easily can walk to many local restaurants. House was very well appointed and the owners were very easy to work with. Enjoyed the pool area and fire pit on the dock, with easy access to our boat while staying. Great home and location.

Wonderful property - wonderful location

Property was exactly as described with large rooms and brand new appliances throughout. Owners are super responsive. The kayaks are high quality and such a nice bonus to have. We used them every morning and evening. Family of manatees right by that we would see frequently at the dock. They love it when you run the hose water for them :). The boat slip was wonderful to have. Highly recommend you rent a boat for the week (if you don’t already have your own). This was first time we did boat rental for several days down there and just can’t imagine not having a boat down in the keys. The way we vacation there is forever changed. Waking up from the beautiful property and hoping on the boat is amazing. Same on the evening returns. So many restaurants in walking distance as well. Make sure you check out Bad Boy Burrito for lunch and the cute coffe shops Cafe Moka. Gorgeous botanical gardens surround both and just 2 blocks from the house.

Beautiful house and location

We had a great stay at this property - communication with the property owner was great and they were extremely responsive. The house is beautiful and was spotless. The community pool and dock area are gorgeous and the plunge pool was perfect for cooling off. We particularly loved being able to walk out to dinner.

Heart of Morada is awesome!!

I spent a week here with family. The house is beautiful and has lots of room. There are only a few units in this gated community and the pools are cool! Great to have your own boat slip too!

Really enjoyed ourselves

It’s everything the listing says. Had a really great time. The property is brand new and very high quality. The dedicated slip for the boat was a great benefit. The owners were very responsive but honestly didn’t need to contact them for anything. Would definitely stay again!

What a great experience at Heart of Morada! Mark and Dolli were the best hosts and there for anything we needed, the property is top notch, and it is so obvious the care and time that went into ensuring our stay was enjoyable as possible. We look forward to many more stays here in the future!

Perfect summer getaway. The townhouse is beautiful. Has everything you need. The location is right in the heart of Islamorada. We brought our own boat and had a dedicated boat slip which was really nice. Loved everything about this rental ❤️

Absolute perfection

Myself, my wife, and 3 teenagers stayed at this magnificent home that should be highlighted in a magazine. It has 3 spacious bedrooms all with ensuites. 2 of the bedrooms have adjustable beds and all the mattresses are high-end and comfortable. There is also a half bath off the open and airy first floor that has a giant island in the kitchen and large living room. The house is big, and clean, with top of the line appliances and modern luxury furniture. The décor is elegant with beautiful artwork hung throughout. An added bonus is the private plunging pool in the front. The house is one of 7 or 8 other homes in a gated development. The development is extremely safe, and once inside the development, there is a community pool and a dock with access to kayaks and paddle boards. This vacation house was everything that we needed. The owners were very pleasant and always accessible if needed. If I could give a 10 star review, I would. We will be back...

Heart of Morada

This is a beautiful, clean, nicely furnished property. Location is perfect - close to all the restaurants we love. Complete with dockage for our rental boat, we enjoyed fishing, snorkeling, and sunset cruises. Property owner was very cordial and responsive. We used our private pool and the community pool as well. Our 17 yr old daughter loved this place too. Highly recommend this property. Thank you Heart of Morada!

Heart of Morada

We had our original arrangements for staying cancel unexpectedly. Marc and Doli's home was available and saved our family vacation. The home was clean, very well appointed and really, really comfortable after a long day of fishing and snorkeling. The pool is temperature controlled so even though it is a plunge pool, it is very refreshing at the end of the day. We rented a 25' boat and had no problem with dockage. The only suggestions I would have, which are strictly from a fisherman's point of view, the the cleaning table needs a roof and need to be larger, and a bait freezer would have been helpful.
