「My husband and I recently stayed at Aqui Hoy for 4 nights and while it was a bit isolated, it was a relaxing and peaceful location. We had the place to ourselves, so that was lovely, but I do think that having neighbours in the adjoining cabin would have impacted on our privacy, had there been someone in the room beside us. 「Avoid Room # 402 at all costs. This room has a major odor problem in the bathroom and should not be rented to anyone in this condition. The smell of sewage rises through a drain cover on the bathroom floor. We identified the problem from day one, but no serious attempt was made to correct it. After a few days, they covered the drain cover, but this did not fix the problem. The woman who is mostly at the front desk during the day had a very defensive attitude about this problem. 「This was a fabulous place to stay. We had a partial ocean view room, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The air conditioning was very good, and the hotel had bright, modern design with incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. Cafe overlooking the bay was also nice.」
