Manager said owner has horrendous record with other people will not do anything and never fixes the situation and has been reported previously."

The staff and grounds crew are amazing! The pools (outdoor and indoor), wood fired hot tubs, saunas, restaurant, gardens, rooms, the hiking trails behind the hotel, the wine tasting in Casablanca Valley, love, love, love!! Do not hesitate to book your stay here. You will be totally satisfied! Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Chile and the Casablanca Valley"
